Holiday Inn Murfreesboro by IHG

We came to Murfreesboro to visit family for the holidays. Room was clean and nice. Front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a big variety. Location of the hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Newer property. We will return

I was part of a group that stayed here for pur basketball state championship. They had plenty of staff when we checked in with our 26 players, coaches, parents, and family. The room was very comfortable, clean and met our expectations. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan. I haven't experienced a fogged mirror in quite sometime. I did have a hard time finding the extra charge port on the nightstand. I am used to it being on the lamp, it was in the clock. Both really small things. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet both days. It was very good. The staff kept it filled at all times. Everyone was.very friendly and accommodating. I recommend staying with the them while visiting Murfreesboro.

Is a good and decent hotel, but had a couple issues. The rooms are under-stpcked. We ran out of towels, toiletpaper, and bodywash. The point of hotels asking the number of days and guests isnt just to math your profits, its to serve that many guests (in our case, 3 guests for 4 nights). Second to this: when you charge for a continental breakfast, you need to be honest and provide that additional "charged for" value, not skimp to raise profits. Your bacon, not thick cut. Is good, is bacon, but it IS paper-thin; secondly, the eggs are different on the weekend: different consistency, color, and flavor. Delicious on the weekend, weekdays they taste like powered eggs.. your bread isn't stored right, its dry and disgusting.. And the yogurt: everything says we are paying for greek yogurt.. So nice of you to provide that monday morning, but why was it very bad generic regular yogurt every other day?? We are PAYING for thick cut bacon, fresh eggs, and Greek yogurt--we GOT powered eggs, paper tjin bacon, and yoplait one day and generic store brand for the rest. With the same bread sitting out in bread boxes day over day--is it becauae you have the cleaning staff acting as cooks and some.mamager thinking he's being a smart cost-saver somewhere? Save that for the free-breakfast hotels, your stuff is 12 bucks a person, dude.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Staffing has been attentive and kind throughout my time here. Rooms have been very clean. Amber's been so funny & sweet, almost convinced me to stay! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

my time at this hotel was amazing! the staff was so sweet and generous:) One of their names, Vanessa was so sweet and guided me through this awesome hotel! Very sweet and will recommend this place to anyone !!!

The bartender Frank, has quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. He’s always smiling, incredibly warm, and made me feel welcome every time I walked into the bar. His positive attitude and great service truly stands out. Highly recommend!

Reservation that was marked pay at property was canceled for no reason. Card was sufficient. Then refused to adjust horse show rate. Front desk 0 help. Will stay across the street at embassy next time. We travel here often.
