Inn on St Ann

If you're looking for frills, Inn On St. Ann is not for you. That said, it does offer the quirks and charms of a VERY old building. The location in the Quarter is very convenient to local attractions and offers quick access to the Rampart streetcar.|The neighborhood felt as safe as any place in the Quarter. ||The room was clean and quiet, had good air conditioning and a very comfortable king sized bed. Odd, quick flashes of light from the bathroom (no window) at random times throughout the night may have been either supernatural or electrical.||The desk at this property is only staffed from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, making late check-in a problem. The digital key option that was offered did not work properly, and was a pain to enroll and set up. Help can be found at the nearby Inn On St Peter. |Reasonable rates helped offset the digital key frustration.

Our room was spacious, clean, and located just far enough from Bourbon Street to enjoy it when we wanted to but avoid the noise when we didn't. The television was mounted in an odd spot, but we weren't there to watch television. It does have its quirks--the building is very, very old--but the historical charm made it all worth it. Plus, they were able to help me surprise my partner with a cake on his 40th birthday! We'll definitely choose this family of inns in the future. Thanks for the great stay!

Very friendly staff, someone there 24/7, great location close to the main streets of the French Quarter but at the same time just far enough away to be quiet at night. Loved my stay here!

We had an amazing stay! In fact, it was so amazing that the day after we got home we booked another trip for January! The Inn was absolutely amazing. I feel honored to have the chance to sleep in such a historical location. Duane (sorry if spelled wrong) was the best! He made us feel so welcome! He’s a big reason why we booked again at St Ann’s. Can’t wait for January!

The hotel is wonderful. It’s old yet very comfortable and has a strong cultural feel. We stayed in a double room with two queen beds. There was plenty of space, but the room didn’t have a window. I wish they had added one—even if the room wasn’t facing outside, a window to the corridor would have given us some sense of the outside.

Just close enough to Bourbon Street that we could walk down and enjoy the nightlife, but just far enough away we weren't kept up all night by the music and noise! The room was open and spacious, and Dewayne was by far amazing! He had so many recommendations to go eat at, and all of them were an absolute hit! We had an odd leak just over the foot of the bed one morning, mentioned it in the morning when we were leaving to go wander at about 8am, by the time we got back to drop off some souvenirs at noon, they had the leak fixed and bed sheets changed out for us and never had the issue again for our 8 day stay!

I am very disappointed with this hotel! It looked nice on pictures and had a high rating. But it wasn’t as what we expected. From the time we were checking in, we had to wait 3 hours! There was no person on the front desk, no staff available. A cleaning lady came and said "oh she’s coming in in a bit, maybe she partied last night." Then we were put in a dirty room. It was the first one when you enter. So we could hear all the guests talking when they sit outside our room or when they shut the door very loudly as if all noises from the street were not enough. We booked a room with a king bed! The bed we got was not even queen sized! Our stay was so bad here and my poor 1 year old kept on waking up because of the noise 😩
