The Haunted Hotel

Our stay at the haunted hotel in the French Quarter was absolutely perfect! It was the ideal mix of comfort, hospitality, and adventure. Christina & Christina were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.||The location couldn’t have been better — we were within walking distance to everything, yet the hotel offered a peaceful and quiet refuge with its beautiful courtyard. The kitchen area was an added bonus, allowing us to feel right at home while we explored the city.||As a group of ladies traveling alone, we felt exceptionally looked after and safe, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We’re already making plans to return and can’t wait for another stay in this charming, welcoming, and historic location!||OH & Room 106 is TOTALLY Haunted!! Will request again for sure!!

The Andrews pack so enjoyed our stay over Halloween weekend 2025. Owners? Anyway I was quite upset with the location of our room, but she was great in explaining everything to me. No ghost for us,but that could have been we were passed outfrom walking everywhere. Jake &Jill were notallowed on street cars. We did manage to get them on a carriage ride.

The two managers were so wonderful. The one with pink and purple hair was such a life saver. She helped us pick the best tours, find cheap eats in town and told us several local stories that are not on the tours. I'm a single mom traveling across the country by train with my kid. This hotel was exactly the quiet hideaway in the middle of the French quarter. The management made everything perfect. I didn't get to meet the owner, but I communicated with her by phone and notes and she is just the cutest voice you will hear in NOLA. This hotel is a must visit and it's the staff who make it what it is! This was the best experience I and my daughter gave ever had at a local hotel. But I should warn you ... Once you check in...there's no guarantee you will ever check out .... Because you'll live it here!

I have visited this city many times. I have stayed here once. It was very comfortable. I don't care if there are ghosts wandering the courtyard here, they probably just came for the homemade gumbo, damn it was good.

My first time in NOLA and I have to say I would never stay anywhere else. They are dog friendly, brought my two babies, and the staff are friendly. We stayed in B4, bed is firm and the room is beautiful. The bathroom, a woman’s dream and a small walk in closet with the axeman. The towels are super soft (got to find out what they wash them in) and water pressure amazing. This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located within the French quarter. Can not wait to come back.

We so badly wanted to enjoy our time at this hotel. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff were. Also, the pantry for guests to use was a nice and unexpected amenity. However, the room we booked was not what we were expecting. The beds were comfortable, but that's the only thing we really liked about it. The toilet was finicky and we kept having to open the tank to get it to fill. The wifi did not work in our room. We could only get it to work in the courtyard. The towels were thread-bare. There were holes in the walls and wires sticking out. I was hoping it could be due to the room being upgraded, but if that was the case, the towels would've at least been decent. We were really bummed it didn't work out. We ate the expense and stayed elsewhere.

OMG. Where to start? I've stayed in New Orleans many times with the big hotels. Wanted something different this time. And boy, did we get it. The property is fantastic. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We're already planning our next trip and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.
