The Out Hotel

Great experience! The Out is in a great location, and the staff are friendly and attentive. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need attention - mostly with regard to painting and repairing some doors, but nothing too noticeable. The wifi is free and works very well; the spa/hot tub area is fantastic! Outdoor spaces are awesome with plenty of room. We will definitely be back!

Roxy the front desk lady is amazing at what she does. We stayed for two nights and failed to books rooms throughout the day. She managed to squeeze us in on a loliday weekend and I've never seen someone work as hard as she does. The hotel views are great and they're very modern and hipster. Place is nicer than my house it's a shame I have to leave. Prices are better than the competitors. I can't stress how nice it is here.

My family, dog and myself had a great stay at the Out Hotel. The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. We particularly enjoyed the service Felipe provided us during our stay. He is a consumate professional and made our stay a great time. Felipe catered to all our needs, was very polite and made us feel like welcomed, valued guests. I highly recommend the Out Hotel to anyone looking for best in class service with a great midtown location.

Staff great. Decor great. Exceptional AC. Some of the services and facilities could be better. Example: My friend checked us in and said it was my birthday week and they said they would do something...they did nothing. First night, the shower was clogged, they said they would give free breakfast vouchers. (They fixed it within a hour or two). But never got breakfast vouchers. I'm not the guest to complain and beg for stuff, but when guest services says they're going to provide something ... shouldn't they be the ones that follow up with you? I LIKED MY STAY...don't get me wrong. It's a nice hotel...Don't get me wrong...just don't promise stuff that you don't follow up with. That's basically the one rule of hospitality.

We had a great time at this romantic little oasis of a hotel in midtown west. I loved our room and the glassed in spa atrium with hot tubs and full day spa. We definitely came off season, when the many open, lush atriums loaded with comfy furniture and hammocks can best be enjoyed, but had a great stay nonetheless. Our room was comfortable, and the restaurant was good.

It's an alright hotel. Most of the staff is nice. They did accomodate our two sepesrate reservations very easily which was great The bed was comfy. There were a lot of mirrors in the room which was strange and the shower was never warm. There is a club downstairs that you can hear and feel which was fine for me but others might not have liked it

Arrived a day early and very late at night but management made sure they could fit me in. Grumpy second night due to party in night club but again, staff was accommodating, let me vent and solved the issue! I thought the food was amazing in the rest. and my massage incredible in the spa! The staff here is very professional and I would recommend this hotel to anyone working nearby at Javits. Great location but the staff makes this hotel!
