The hotel is in a good location. Very close to our venue. It's a little tricky getting into the parking lot but once you find it, you won't have trouble returning to the hotel. The rooms are old but you have a mini kitchenette and a full refrigerator. It's decent for a hotel that has live-in residents. The TV works on wifi so it was out most of the time. We went out and viewed the town since we couldn't watch TV. The water pressure is very low. The toilet drained slowly and the sink was so slow too. The tub has decent pressure but didn't look clean. That was the worst issue. We took wash-ups and waited to get home to shower. There is not a live person at check-in. You have to use a kiosk where a person will come on the screen and check you in. The keys and receipt are dispensed from the kiosk. This was interesting and worked well. Sky was our kiosk check-in attendant and he was very good with the process. That's the only positive aspect other than the location that I can speak of. If you can't tolerate the smell of Marijuana, please don't stay her. Unfortunately, my mother had a terrible reaction to the overwhelming smell of Marijuana throughout the entire hotel. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but smells can linger on guests, I assume. Pretty sure we won't be staying here again mainly for the smell, wifi issues, and poor water pressure. Plus, bring your own pillows.

Positive: price and location. Negative: The undersheets were stained, cabinets not wiped clean. I interacted with the staff remotely by video screen. I had difficulty understanding them because of their thick accents. Hall carpets were stained and dirty. I was concerned about bed bugs.

Sky was nice, provide great customer service. Unfortunately the beds were dirty or rather stained. But overall, the guest were nice, I got what I paid for, so I’ll make do with what is provided, I suggest bringing your own sheets and pillows

The bed and pillows smelled like body sweat. I booked for two nights and left after one. I was told to check out by 11;00 for a refund. They refuse to refund me. They say that housekeeping smelled the pillows and couldn't smell anything. Of course they would say that!

Check in was through a kiosk/camera where we didn’t physically speak with the manager. it was really cool, simple, & easy. Would recommend that type of checking in for every hotel. I also love that this hotel allows pets & don’t discriminate against what type of service animal they are, so I definitely recommend.

Sky was very informative and kind 🙂 this is probably the first time I’ve had a hotel that checks you in over a digital call and kiosk. The deposit isn’t bad, all in order it seems to be a good hotel for budget friendly guests.

The room is nice but there were a few problems the tv remote was broken and there was not tvcable to watch tv when I did push the button to turn it on and I noticed a few spots on the wall with patchwork half way completed other then that the room is nice being next to a busy intersection made it some what hard to be able to come into the parking lot had to watch out for merging traffic before making the quick turn into the parking lot. That’s just a few observations That I’ve made since I got here
