Danthony was very helpful and great service. My girlfriend booked passing by odessa to get rest and was very happy with facility. Hotel was full but he still helped guest in timely and efficient manner. Hotel was still clean and when i went down again to my truck they were still mopping lobby. Hotel is in great location with great staff and very clean 👏🏽

We frequently use this hotel and find it be our choice when we are in town. This time was different. Thay are remodeling which is great I'm sure it needs it Our problem was the noise level. Seemed like the walls were thin. We listened to some intimate things without choice of course.. A family going in and out of their room with a young child at early morning hours. But my problem was that there was doodoo on the wall by the toilet paper holder and who knows what the brown dripping was by the blow dryer. But all in all it was fine.

I love this location. My boss books me and my coworkers rooms here often when we come to Odessa and it’s always awesome including their staff. DAnthony is the one that is usually there and always handles things smoothly and makes all guest feel welcomed and valued. He is awesome! 👏🏽

We had an issue with our booking through Expedia. I got charged, we had a confirmation number and the hotel did not find the booking. No problem. However, when I called the hotel to get more information the manager was extremely unnecessarily RUDE. I have never experienced this kind of disrespect, even more coming from the MANAGER. As he was talking to me on the phone, he was giving orders to employees, kept cutting me off and completely uninterested. I was only asking for information, and he kept telling me "I don't know what else you want me to tell you", but sadly he was not giving me ANY information. Extremely upset about this situation. I manage a company, and we are continuously booking hotel stays, this experience was so upsetting I will boycott this hotel permanently. Worst service and experience, EVER.

We have been staying here a lot lately when we go into Odessa. The rooms are very nice and clean and the guy in the front was very nice and helpful, he answered all my questions and concerns in a nicely manner and fashion without ever getting frustrated with. Danthony was his name. Thanks for all your help young man you were very helpful and my wife loved you as well! Will definitely keep coming back.

Hotel was very very clean but I needs some major upgrades. Rooms needs to be painted big time and the furniture needs to be replaced or touched up. Also the wood floor was in bad shape. Staff was very friendly and this maybe the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. Hats off to your cleaning staff.

Room was nice. Dirty but nice. Dead things in bathroom under cabinet, that should have been cleaned. Couch had what appeared to be pee stains that could be cleaned if upholstery cleaner was used.
