Company paid for my room. Told them I would be in around 9am to check in. They called at 6am and then no-showed me and canceled my reservation and gave room away. They still charged the card for the monthly fee. Then when you call to get things fixed its them telling you they understand your frustration but this is their policy. Just a lot of frustration and very confusing communication from and with them.

The manager is rude I booked a reservation for a week online just to go check in and to get told his daily rates was 85 a night and he didn't do weekly rates even after I showed him I paid for my room for the week I recommended not paying online pay in person because its a headache trying to get your money back

You do get what you pay for. But that doesnt mean Housekeeper while doing her job has to be on the phone gossiping loud. EARLY IN THE AM WHEN MEN WHO WORK OVER NIGHT ARE TRYING TO REST... HAVE SOME COURTESY.

I made reservations through trip.com and found a great deal for my stay! As I'm making my reservation through the app I had all my correct information filled out and read the guidelines and policies before submitting my payment method. Clearly ŕeading all the details before payment was made! I get my confirmation email with my reservation information to see my booking date was changed, and the hotel stated a $2 fee arriving to the hotel. I am then told by the man in the office after i arrived that there is a $100 deposit fee. When clearly reading all the guidelines and policies before I ever confirmed my payment. They told me there is absolutely no refunds no exceptions! So due to trip.com and oyo hotel I was unable to get the correct dates fixed for my booking and they kept my entire payment.. all they are out there to do is take your hard earned money!!

Horrible customer service. Got told my room was given away due to checking in late although I prepaid for two nights ahead. Not sure how this is possible. Employee also called me an idiot for checking in late after telling him I will be leaving a review for this type|Of Service I received. Do not recommend to anyone!!

Wasted my time. After spending 1 hour to book and charged my card, they told me NO WiFi. They should have told me ahead of time there was no WiFi. I booked 2 days for work and needed the WiFi. Plus the guy was rude.

Dont use this hotel, if your late they will cancel evenif the rooms are already been paid for I paid for 2 rooms 5 nights, had some truck issues and we were late and they cancel our reservations still got charged and no rooms,
