I should have walked out when the detective was in the lobby. Parked car to check out the room .Looked around made a few phone calls. Walk back to.my car and already someone had hit my passenger side. I go back inside to talk to manager for a refund he sent out his wife to say no refund . But while I was talking to her someone came in for a room. I have given the lady the room key. Well she gave this new guy my room..Charged him full price . No integrity. And watch your belongings nothing is safe there including maybe your life. With a detective in the lobby.

We chose this place as a midway overnight point on our way to Dallas, it is relatively cheap for Odessa midweek as we have been told that Odessa is very busy with workers on the oilfields during this time The room was of a decent size the bed was comfortable including a fridge, a microwave, a TV and Wifi. There is no breakfast but they provide complimentary Coffee in the mornings. The bathroom is kind of small but the shower ran at a very good pressure level. It may be a little dated in terms of furnishings, but we weren't there for that. It was overall very comfortable and clean. The guy that was running the hotel was super friendly and accommodating to the mix up in our booking and was very helpful.

Fantastic water pressure in the shower!! The room was very nice, bed was so comfy, the pillows were to hard and flat for my liking. Room was clean, has microwave, fridge, no coffee maker in room. I will definitely stay again!

I liked this place. It was clean. My room was very tastefully decorated. Dark blankets on the bed contrasted with the light upholstery on the chair. The work table had a soft central work area. Hangers, ironing board, iron. Dark and quiet at night and at naptime. Highly recommended

We(me and my parents) were visiting from Houston to see my nieces and nephews who are toddlers. This establishment was monitoring us for guests which are my nieces and nephews and their parents. Their rule is that there is no guests but however they were going to leave at night. The receptionist was stalking my nieces parents asking who they were and what they were doing and where they were going rudely. First off it’s not like we were in the hotel the entire day wrecking havoc. Were respectful people and we clean up after ourselves. We were out and about visiting our family as well. They had no reason to be nosy and rude. When we returned there was a leak in the ceiling which was the hot water flooding the entire 109 room we were in. They instantly gave us a new room however all of our luggage was damp and moist. I asked for the WiFi code and instead of asking if our luggage and item was ok they asked how many people were staying over. Again, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! No refund and no good service. Screw this establishment!

I just had triple bypass and left hospital and came here. We stayed here back 4 or 5 months ago, and glad we found them. Cleaning staff extremely nice. And no bed bug worries. My husbands truck and tools have not been bothered. Rooms are large, decore a little outdated. But a great value. For a quite, safe, convenient place to stay, with great I-20 access. And In process of updating at this time. Not sure why only listed as one star. Management even called friend at nearby motel, during my hospital stay so family could be close by, since they were full. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful to us.

Nice for the price! Management was super and worked us in through a medical emergency. I returned a week later. The room was clean and they recognized me! This is a safe place and seems to be full most of the time. Bed was comfy, bath was tidy and people were kind. Although it is not a 5 star place it satisfies your needs. The Motel 6 across the highway was full, dirty and front desk clerk was hateful.
