EVEN Hotel Omaha Downtown - Old Market by IHG

My experience at the EVEN Hotel by IHG was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service was truly professional and welcoming. Alyssa provided outstanding service—she was attentive, courteous, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The Happy Hour experience was hands down the best service I have ever received. Bryan was incredibly knowledgeable about the drinks, highly professional, and exceptionally courteous. His attention to detail and warm demeanor elevated the entire experience. Because of the outstanding service and overall experience, I will absolutely return to stay at the EVEN Hotel. The rooms are great! Spacious, bright and clean. I love the setup for the workout. It is a perfect hotel particularly for business stays. There is a fantastic vegan/juice place across street from the hotel, and I really enjoyed. Location wise, it's on the quite side of the old market but if you like walking, you can easily walk to the center. The front desk can be more friendly.

As a mom traveling with two young kids, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with my little ones. The room was clean and spacious enough for all of us, but the bathroom could use some updating. The indoor pool was a big hit, and I appreciated the shuttle option for the airport. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Cat greeted us upon our arrival last night. She was so kind, warm and welcoming! We always love our stay here at Even. It’s clean, up to date, and the best choice in Omaha to recharge. We love that wellness is encouraged here, there’s yoga mats and yoga balls in the room in addition to the beautiful gym. We will continue to return!

Roni , Crystal, and Alyssa they were amazing! The customer service was amazing everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. We had a very small issue in our room we called front desk just let them aware (so we didn’t get an extra bill) they just switched us rooms same exact that we paid so it was perfect . We stayed for the rock show that was taking place and that was a bust . So the stay was more enjoyable lol. I’ll never understand Omaha parking so I can’t blame the hotel for that. Also the bartender was nice and the bfast chef . Kinda expensive for the food but it was good . The bathroom door was weird. The bed super soft pillows and comforter amazing

Beautiful hotel and room. Crystal checked us in and was super sweet and helpful, Alyssa took amazing care of us in the morning. We will be coming back specifically because of them. Pool was nice and hot. Only negative was the site says the pool is open at 6 am. It doesn’t open till 9.

Great hotel if you want to work out at the gym and then go to your room to work out some more. Words on wall feel very juvenile like when some airplanes have to point out things like cockpit, door, or wheels and the inspirational messages feel shallow. Wouldn't want to walk around anywhere at night as the area around it doesn't have much light. The hotel can have gym facility as well as in your room, but a microwave is too much to ask. Went to use the community shared next to elevators, but it looks like a pizza exploded in it. The staff however, is very nice
