Spacious & New Guesthouse in Orem - Provo

This is a single family house whose rooms are being individually rented out. There were four rooms on the second floor. The room we were in was of good size with its own spacious bathroom and a closet. The living space and the kitchen downstairs were shared. At least during my stay, all people were friendly and considerate to each other. This is an apartmen-like housing so I didn't expect there would be breakfast but the host prepared simple items such as cereal, coffee, milk, and orange juice for guests. Another plus is that there's a set of washer/dryer free to use. The traffic outside could a little loud at night; it didn't bother me but may be a concern to some.

My Wife and I stayed here one night, when we arrived there appeared to be nobody around and the door had a digital lock which required a code that we did not have after ringing the doorbell and checking around the property eventually came out of the garage but he did not speak English he finally phoned the owner and he opened the door gave us the code and showed us around. The other problems were that there were no hand towels and no hairdryer also the breakfast choices were cereals (2 choices) or oatmeal. The rom was spacious and the bed was comfortable and it was a short drive to a number of restaurants.

BEWARE? NOT SURE. We booked this place online. We were asked to provide ID sent via email before we could receive check in information. We have never been required to do this so we were concerned. We asked why we couldn’t provide it once we got there. No response. We opted not to provide the ID so we were unable to gain access. We still don’t know if we would have been safe to provide it.

We stayed coming and going from our family reunion in Colorado. The beds are comfortable and it is super quiet. Don’t look for a huge breakfast - there is cereal, bread, milk and juice - BUT - there is a full kitchen and refrigerator to accommodate your own food. Since we carry a cooler - everything could be frozen and/or refrigerated overnight. The price is certainly the best! Ask for room 12 or 13 - they have their own bathroom.

Excellent in all respects --> except that you can hear through the walls any noises made by the people in the room next to yours!

there is no reception area, and it looks like a big house from outside, but the rooms are great. I had a bit of trouble getting someone to answer the door, but a bit of pounding solved that. The room was very good. There is a large shared kitchen if you want to use it. Everything is very clean and well maintained. the internet speed was great. A very good experience. The room was very large,, ad the bed, and the sofa were both great.

I enjoy staying here because of the quietness. Its clean. They use soft water which is refreshing after the desert air. The host are friendly and will accommodate you if possible. Thank you
