Upon arrival I was told that I was not allowed to have visitors and that I would be charged if I did. I specifically got a spa room with occupancy of 4 in two queen beds. The spa is in the room and is bigger than a spa tub so it is clearly meant for having company. Anyway, the room was otherwise great for the price!

I booked a room at this place as a last-minute decision, since they had a room with a king-sized bed available. Despite the mixed reviews I've read regarding this property, I was glad I chose to stay here. Yeah, looking at the exterior of the property doesn't seem to be promising as far as neatness pleasantness, but it's a whole different story once you step in the room. First things first, check-in was fast and friendly. There was only a woman working the front when I got to the property. She was nice and friendly; she even gave me Room #1. The room was actually pleasant to step into. It had furniture, a mini-fridge, the bathroom vanity was impressive. I also liked the gray wall around the bathroom. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The motel includes Wi-Fi, and has a large flat-screen TV. Indeed, I got a good night's sleep. I will definitely return to this place on a future visit.

This place have been the most awful place I have been. Not clean at all and that it doesn’t matter too much h to me as long bed sheets are clean and bathroom clean. Well I reserved thinking it will be ok but this was a big mistake. When I tried to sleep I always get the sheets to cover myself well pulling the quilt but when I did pull the quilt there was a big blood stain on the white sheet that cover the mattress I call the person in charge and he did call the manager I ask for a clean sheets and she told me that I have to sleep on this and that was my problem. I ask her to please give me clean sheet because I pay for my room and it was not cheap and she refused to give me clean sheets. The manager and Indian lady such I don’t have nothing to said about their origin because I am also from the minority group she literally yelled at me asking me why did I uncover the bed. I was very disappointed. I took some pictures for evidence that I am not lying about this. I will never recommend this place even if I don’t have a place to stay.

We needed a place for the weekend because of some work to our place and it was close by so we stopped by to inquire about staying but decided on something better. We spent a minute in their parking lot after talking to them to decide our next move and the man came outside and asked very rudely "are you staying or not?" We said sorry no, he then yelled very rudely , "this is not meeting area, leave now or I will call the police". We were literally about to leave. I would not recommend this place at all. This is the worst treatment ever. Imagine having to deal with this person. Edit. Stay as far away as possible, cigarette smell, urine smell, blood on sheets, dirty sheets and above all super rude management is what everyone is saying when you ask for default service like clean sheets .

I booked a room for my mom not really looking into this place first (never doing that again). She checked in around 4pm, but then we left around 4:30 and she didn't get back until close to 11pm. She called me 10 minutes after getting there saying the bed was disgustingly dirty and had a bad smell. I called the front desk and the man was so beyond rude and said there was no way his room was dirty because it was "one of their jacuzzi rooms" ??? After they refused to do anything about it or even continue talking to me, the woman went to bang on my moms door and confront her very aggressively. My mom showed her the bed and mold on the walls and all she could offer was febreeze? I ended up driving over there and helped my mom check out as she did not feel safe staying here after being yelled at by staff. Terrible terrible place. I wish I was able to post the videos of the calls.

My family recently experienced a family emergency and needed to fly to Oxnard. We stayed here for about 8 days and I was impressed everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Every day when we would return after long hours in the hospital we were greates with clean rooms, and a smile. I absolutely recommend this place! Thank you for giving our family peace in the midst of a storm!

We had to leave. The room smelled like cigarettes, the bed spread had burn holes and was worn thin, the box spring and mattress looked pretty grubby and the clientele was questionable. They do get points for trying. The sheets were clean, the bathroom super clean, they provide ashtrays outside (I guess to encourage people to not smoke in the rooms) and the front desk was able to refund us when we said we couldn't stay.
