The Hacienda At Warm Sands

This was our second time to stay at the resort and we will continue to stay here. Its our favorite place in Palm Springs. The team is amazing, they are very respectful and gracious in all they do. The rooms and the grounds are very well cared for. We could not ask for a better experience. We will be back and looking forward to it.

We had an amazing labor day weekend trip to The Hacienda at Warm Sands to celebrate my friend's belated birthday. Absolutely everything from our suite to the complementary breakfast and lunches and the two swimming pools and jacuzzis were the defnition of perfection. The personable service offered by Juan Carlos and Richard truly represents a perfect 5 out of 5 star resort experience.

I was originally planning to go to the Hacienda at Warm Sands before Covid, but then Covid hit and I had to cancel and the trip was postponed. I'm glad I finally had the chance to go! Elegant and charming service with laid-back style was the norm. The staff is truly exceptional and it was fun meeting other guests at the pool. Many fine restaurants were within a 10 minute or less drive. It was definitely worth the travel from the east coast and will definitely go back in the future.

There is simply no better place in Palm Springs. The pool areas are lush and serene and the option of having lunch delivered to your room or poolside is such a luxury. The team there is so incredibly sweet and attentive. You deserve to pamper yourself with a stay here.

Incredible resort. Stayed several times over the years and everytime it just gets better. Attention to detail is second to none. Remember breakfast and lunch normally for two are included in the room fee. Staff are first class and attentive. Highly recommend.

A great place to relax and enjoy being pampered by professional front of house and housekeeping teams. Spacious suites arranged around 2 pools and beautifully landscaped desert gardens. |Complementary breakfast and lunch provided from an extensive menu and served either to your suite or poolside. Coffee, tea and a fridge in your suite, chilled water and ice available 24/7.|Easy access into town and a Ralph's and CVS nearby for any essentials.|We just love it. You have to experience it!

The entire team at this resort made our stay special and welcoming. I would not hesitate to give them a try vs one of the big box hotels in Palm Springs.
