GOOD:No complaints on the staff everyone was just great. Big spacious apartments, comfortable beds, enough towels, they give you pool towels. BAD:It was just when we got to our door step the first thing we saw was the trash can all full from the previous people staying there, and a dirty plate. The trash was moved to the right side by the back entrance and was trashed until the next day the dirty plate was never picked up we left and it was still there. The kitchen is not well equipped we did pancakes for our kids but we used a pot to do the mixture because there were no bowls, no blender, they had spoons and knifes but only two forks so we all had to share the forks. Our kitchen trash was never picked up we had to take it outside ourselves and add it to the one we walked into when we got there. No ice machines we called to see if they had an ice machine they said no but that they were going to try to us some but it never came. No television in the room's only one little 20 inch in the living room. The pool area very dirty trash flying here and there, people smoking everywhere, glass bottles were allowed by the pool area, there was just no rules at all. I didn't feel comfortable having my kids around people smoking or people drinking in their glass bottles.

Stayed here Feb 2022, Sunday thru Tuesday; if you're thinking of giving it a try, do. Pros and Cons but overall, we'd stay there again yet please know that the place does need some work. Pros: Weekday crowd was mellow and nice which I like, we were told weekend crowds get wild. Full kitchen so you can cook in room, dishes etc., are hit and miss but what we missed we found from other guests 🙂 Close to downtown PS. Early check in and check out available, seems even if room is not available you can stay at the pool and we did it, was so wonderful to stay late and hang out in the sun/pool They do offer day visits, one client suggested bringing you're own folding lounge in case rooms are full. Cons: Tough to get hold of anyone in office at times but when you do they are great! The "king" bed was two twins pushed together but it wasn't terrible. The tub didn't drain well but we let them know and I'm sure they'll take care of it. Couldn't find a music channel on the TV (we're not into TV much) so take your own if you prefer music over TV. Overall, if you're looking to try a new place I'd say give it a try, we enjoyed our time there. Blessings y'all.

The rooms need to be deep cleaned for sure. There were a couple of unidentifiable stains on a number of surfaces in a number of the rooms. The staff is incredibly hard-working, kind and do their best to meet guests needs. I was there for a private event and we are a pretty high needs crowd. The space is amazing and the addition of all the humming birds made it magical for me. The reality check is that it is a commercial property located in a residential area in Palm Springs. If you've never been to Palm Springs before, there are a couple of things you'll notice once you get there. There are no buildings over two or three stories tall, everything is desert-scaped... not very many lush green front yards, it's hella quiet, and everyone lives in pretty much a compound like house situation. So having a commercial venue in the residential neighborhood where they actually measure noise by decimal level can be a bit of a damper. Outside of that, Tuscany Manor is an awesome place and I had an amazing time there

Hands down the BEST. Went for my Anniversary and boy did we have a great time. My room came with a full kitchen and Living room.Hung out by the heated salt water pool. Saw a fashion show that featured the hottest swimwear and lingerie. The staff went above and beyond and arranged Chocolate and Whip cream massages. Every one was extremely friendly and respectful. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

We absolutely love this place! The only reason we did not give it five stars is mentioned below. It was a great stay and reasonable rates. It was wonderful to check in on a Thursday night and cook your own food and never have to put clothes on till you left Monday. Plenty of beach towels, friendly couples to talk to, a well stocked play room and Don C. the general manager was always around bringing afternoon treats! Pool and Hot tub were always clean despite guests who's parents failed to teach them to pick up their own beer cans! Now the part we didn't like: On Saturday there were no less than 10 singles males flocking around following couples into the play rooms like flies! Granted some couples are into a third but most couples there this time were not and commented on how many were let in on Saturday. So if having a single male follow you around like a tse tse fly is your thing, well you're in luck! That was the only downside we saw and we travel to a lot to lifestyle friendly resorts.

Cute and charming villa style hotel off of the beaten path in palm springs. My husband and I were warmly welcomed and shown around as soon as we checked in. Our room had two bedrooms a full kitchen and bathroom plus living room. It was clean and better than I could have imagined. Given the chance we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that was a little worn but comfy. Thursday and Friday were quiet and relaxing by the pool. Happy hour wine was served by the pool. BUT by 9 am Saturday morning, every lounger had been staked out with towels. The vibe has changed with the influx of day-trippers. We had to sign a form saying we realized that TG was a non-smoking property and we could get fined for smoking in the room. Our next door neighbors had an ongoing party which included clouds of smoke both inside and outside their room. We asked management 3 times to have them stop but finally had to retreat to our room with the door shut and AC on. If we had stayed only the first two days, this would have gotten 4 stars.
