Vista Grande Resort - A Gay Men's Resort

My partner and I had an excellent time at the resort. The staff/team are extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious every morning and we had choices. Lunch was delicious on Saturday (cookout) and especially the banana pudding! The grounds are well-kept and they were always tidying up throughout the day. The main pool was excellent and heated during our stay (there was a cold snap last week). We were thankful for the many umbrellas and even one at the pool. We will gladly stay here again.

Been staying here occasionally as schedule permits. A very quiet, warm and refreshing time away from work and worries. Many men have been coming for several years from across the US and likely beyond. People care and listen (when needed) even when guests squander tea bags at 0400. Have stayed at Vista Grande section (preferred) and Avalon. I've noticed a regular refresh schedule for facilities over time, with major plant replacement as well. Recommend at least mid-tier rooms as they are the best value.

Very close to the airport, but don't use the bus because it only comes once an hour. The breakfast is made fresh every morning by a chef who gives several options. The pools, but one are heated. There are misters all over to cool down the desert heat. The owners are doing a good job of keeping the rooms updated. The staff is very friendly. I want to come back next time I'm down here.

Standing like an old deck of cards in the middle of a desert-chic neighborhood reminding you of an era long time gone that never caught up with today’s modernization. The interior looks like an old movie set of The Munsters tv series built with paper thin walls where you are given no choice but to join the conversation. The two decayed and stained pools built with old school plaster makes you wonder if there is any trace of asbestos potentially exposing each of their guest to significant health risks. Lastly, their Four Seasons Hotel nightly rate leaves you paused as you proceed deeper into what was once called a resort.

Had the best time staying at this beautiful luscious resort!! Facilities were excellent! Best staff very friendly and accommodating! Thanks everyone! We will be back!

Just finished up a week at Vista Grande and had such a good time.|Every one of the staff were so nice and there to help if you ever needed or wanted something. If it's your first time to Palm Springs they'll give you suggestions of things to do, restaurants and bars. |The rooms are immaculate. I opted not to have service for the week but If you need your room cleaned or fresh towels, they're happy to do that for you.|The common areas like the pools, the sauna and the whirlpool are all well maintained and the staff is genuine and caring. |Throughout the week I met several people around the pool, went for dinner and drinks with them and had some pretty good laughs.|Every morning there's a cooked to order hot breakfast which was perfect because I chose to spend most of my time at the resort so no need to leave.| The Saturday afternoon pool party had a D.J. and a nice lunch that everyone enjoyed.|I've booked into another resort in November however I'm seriously considering changing to Vista Grande again. |Thanks again everyone..It was spectacular.

Looking back, I realized the overall experience needed some editing. I wanted to have access to The Atrium resort as part of my stay, and it had always been before, for years! After being told I would have access by the front desk employee, this was not the case. In the room the fridge door handle was a bit loose; additionally, in the bedroom was an imitation tree which started falling apart during my stay, and was so flimsy there was no way to save it. And lastly, on my bill was a Resort Use Fee after having a 4-night stay. Funny way to lure me to return after driving across 2 states to get to the resort. Thanks for reading.
