Rooms pretty decent. Nice pool. Room size is great. Big TV, fridge, AC, bathtub, microwave, hairdryer etc. would come again. Too bright bulbs installed in the lamps, and you cant open the windows. Moderately comfortable bed with average pillows. You get what you pay for, and this hotel is great value. Would stay here again.

Terrible customer service with front desk Sandra, very unprofessional, not helpful at all, and very rude. My reservations were paid in full with priceline, however, Sandra charge me an additional fee. Called to get reimburse, didn't assist me but told me to contact manager. Again, poor customer service, I shouldn't have to reach out to a manager, she should've taken care of the matter right there and then! Also, we stayed three nights and four days, cleaning service only came one time to remove our towels and didn't replace them. The trash was not picked up, beds were not made, nor room was vacuum. Plus when taking a shower, tub didn't drain well. Also, there were other activity going on in another room where people dress in white standing outside of there room at midnight, very scary and didn't feel safe. Also, other people seemed to live there and hanged their wet clothes over the rail. Very dissatisfied and do not recommend this place.

Decent motel, haven't had many complaints in the times that I've stayed here the last 2 years, but one thing I think needs addressed is that, 2 or 3 times during our week stay, after being gone for the day and the cleaning lady having gone through, the room and/or bathroom smelled strongly like Marijuana. They tried to cover it by leaving the bathroom fan on the whole day but that didn't work. One or two other people in our group reported the same thing. I strongly dislike the smell and hope it doesn't happen again. If that gets fixed, it would be a nice place.

I was charged a double queen room when in reality it was a double full. Needs a lot of maintenance and repair, especially in the bathroom. When I tried to extend my stay as per the receptionist's directions, she told me that we needed to get out because the room was already rented. She was not very helpful. Limited amenities. At least the WiFi worked. The room in which we got was near the elevator and the elevator made a lot of noise, so imagine trying to sleep despite the noise. Not very comfortable. Limited parking spaces. Would not recommend.

Stayed here whole going to Knots Berry Farm. The room was basic but nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. Service was friendly. The Continental breakfast was pretty bare bones but it will fill you up if you're not picky. I would stay here again.

We got what we paid for. We stayed for 6 days and got a really good price. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Some water got on the floor in the bathroom, but we used a towel to clean it up. Checking in and out was easy. If you're looking for an affordable hotel, check this place out.

It's clean very quiet the pool had a few leaves in it but nothing to worry about, the breakfast was nothing special just coffee, buns and juice, the room is nice and spacious bathroom clean and nice toiletries were provided regularly. Parking was easy so was check in. Stayed on the top floor and we could feel vibrations when we walked outside.
