Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburg

We got there late and tired on Friday, 2-20-26. The young lady who checked us in was useless and unfriendly. She purposely didn't help us. We asked for rooms next to each other for me and sisters. So told us none was available but that wasn't true. We booked an extra night but wanted to cancel the one night. She said she was unable to do it because we booked with a third party. Which we didn't we called the hotel. However, the next day the young man did everything we asked, where the lady wouldn't. They clean the rooms every four day. Pick a different hotel.

The room was pretty good, beds are comfortable and clean. Air conditioning and heater that worked great. They had a great breakfast in the morning with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, and other options. But I would say the best Park by far was the service. The weekend we stayed the customer service agent was Josh. And he was amazing! We were there for a family event and had a few relatives staying at the same hotel. He made sure that we were all in the rooms right near each other and anytime we walked by. He remembered who we were and asked if you needed anything. I just wanna highlight his service as it's rare to come by in this day and age. You are wonderful and I hope to see you on the next trip! Thank you again for the hospitality

Positive: The room was great. Quiet and was able to Negative: Breakfast had Mexican omelets. I wished there was another protein option besides this choice.

This hotel was great, when it opened and I wanted give 4 + stars but smells smoke all over the hallway and even inside the room on second floor and I have 10 months old baby. I told the receptionist to change the room on Feb 9th @ 10am, but she was showing attitude and arguing not to change the room. And the dog was barking started 6 am until noon.

Rooms are decent size and clean. Breakfast isn’t bad and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s also a couple of restaurants and convenience store right next door. The reason for the 2 star rating is because use the fridge is a piece of crap and it froze my damn food and there’s no temp controls in the fridge!!!!

5 stars for the room and host. Heidi was clutch ! She took my call 2 hours ago, made it quick and painless. Just drove 12 hours from Phoenix and was starved. Heidi quickly checked us in then recommended the mexican food joint right around the corner. We walked it and got a delicious burrito. Room was exceptional and well kept. Not a friendly parking lot for any box truck over 10 feet. I had a 26 footer and got extremely lucky.

Everything was nice except we had little ants in our room. They came and sprayed, but they were still some in there. We had so much to relocate that we decided to stay in our room. They weren't like everywhere, but they were still some crawling. Other than that the room was huge and very spacious! You do have to make sure you're specific about what you want. For some reason they'll give you one pillow case even though you asked for a set. The room service gentleman gave me a set of 4 pillow cases we I told him I needed more than one haha! All in all it's a nice hotel. It's inside not outside. Free parking they'll give you a paper you need to keep on your dash of your car. We were there the entire week visiting our children and spending time with our new grandson. The girl is right off the exit and there's shopping center and grocery store as well as places to eat all near by. Very good for those that like to eat out it look around.
