THE INN- PITTSBURGH

Literally never, actually beware. Is it better than freezing to death on the street sure absolutely if there's nowhere else you can go it's a resource. If you just wanted to save $20 I would spring for that other $20. Facility was dirty. Literal long black hair still in the tub. Checked for bed bugs thankfully didn't see any. However the mattress is from 1985. There's no front desk person.. or at least they don't come out at all. Had to call a number at the front desk fill out a form twice because they said it didn't go through... Sit on my end it definitely did. Then they give you a code for a locker to get your singular key. Elevator was out with no prior warning which honestly I was able to walk up the stairs so not a big deal but to someone who isn't a problem. There were very small rubber bands all over the stairs if you know what I mean. I am local and just book the room because my breaker box exploded and it's February. But it was a mild night so we literally went home after charging our devices.

Elevator out of service. Room was cold all night long; the next morning I was looking forward to a nice hot shower to finally warm up...but the "hot" water was tepid at best.||I know it's a budget motel; that said, certain creature comforts like a working elevator, a comfortable temperature in the room, and a hot shower should not be sacrificed in the name of economy.

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, an awesome indoor parking garage away from the ❄️ snow and inclement weather were experiencing. There is a nice, clean, accessible shared dining area located near our room which was surprisingly nice. I’ll def be returning!

A simple no frills hotel. Turned out to be better than expected for the price! Just keep your expectations in reality and you won’t be disappointed, this isn’t a Hilton. But the price is great if you’re visiting and it’s an easy 10 minute uber into the city from there. The staff was kind and willing to check me in early even though the room wasn’t ready and bumped my room cleaning to the top so it was ready sooner. Room was clean, bed was clean, tv with streaming on it. Easy parking on the street or in the garage. Would recommend for anyone trying to visit the city that doesn’t want to pay 2-4x the cost!

I let the recent reviews fool me. I wonder if they are fake. Our group checked in and then immediately checked out, sacrificing the first nights cost. Although the staff were nice, the place is not somewhere that I would recommend to anyone. If its your only option, bring your own bedding and lower your expectations.

I have been here the past few weeks and it’s been nothing but amazing. The boss is super sweet, very understanding, rooms are super clean always. This is definitely a nice place to stay for your convenience.

Got red itchy bumps all over my legs after staying for one night. They do not look like bed bug bites though, just dirty sheets probably. Elevator still out of order. Weird check in process that felt very sketchy. There was no one at the check in counter and I had to call a number, which told me to take a photo of my passport to send to a number then they would tell me a passcode for one of the four safes that contained all the room keys. They also didn’t ask for my car information to park in the garage which also seemed unsafe. Location was the best thing about this place.
