Sandman Signature Plano-Frisco Hotel

From start to finish, manager David and front desk person Jordan made us feel like a true VIP. This was our second time visiting this hotel, and they both remembered us. This time, we were staying multiple nights and they were sold out one night but squeezed us in, and helped us get an early check in! The room of course was very clean and my wife enjoys the separate bath tub and shower. Overall a really outstanding and enjoyable experience. We are looking forward to going back.

The elevator is a nightmare, trying to get on and off with so many people. You have to use the keycard to get on the elevator and it does not always work. They don’t have microwaves in room so, I had to continuously go down stairs to warm my food and coffee.

Scott was such an amazing person! I came to stay for a girls night for my birthday and he helped us find a room very quickly and easily. He was very kind and hospitable. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable and the little bars on either side of the building were very nice additions. Please ask for Scott when staying and I definitely will come back here in the future.

Misty at the front desk was beyond amazing. My wife and I had to leave a separate hotel due to uncommunicated renovations. We called ahead to see if we could get a room early and Misty was beyond helpful and pleasant. When we got to the hotel she got us checked in to our room promptly. Her customer service and friendly demeanor are 100/10. Misty deserves a promotion.

What started out as a staycation getaway, ended up being a memorable 41st Anniversary Weekend Rendezvous!! THANX to the hotel manager David, and my friends Rickey and Joyce Wilson, they turned a Hotwire booking into a fully stocked and decorated Romantic King Suite! David you and your staff went over and above what we could've even wished for, with your upgrade and perks! Our stay was comfortable, clean, and romantic. Everything that we needed was an arms length, or phone call away! THANX again David for making our 41st Anniversary getaway, a memory that these "old people" will reflect on and smile, for years to come! Sandman Signature is superb!!!

This hotel is absolutely terrible. Overpriced, at $345/night. It is no different than a motel 6. The website makes it look nicer than it really is. The AC in the rooms are wall mounts just like in an old motor motel. The rooms are very small, the AC made a noise all night, and the lobby is very small. The carpet in the room was old, dated and torn. The online photos of the lobby and the room are very deceiving.

I had a great staycation! Ms. Shay was hands down the best! She listened to me, and helped me decide I wanted to stay there. Boy, was she right. The cute room, with a couch, rain shower, and separate tub. 🤩 I'm gonna stay here for my birthday weekend! Shay thank you again for being an awesome person with the best personality! There needs to be more people like you in this profession!
