Positive: location Negative: It was not clean. There was moldy tiles in shower. Multiple tiles were loose. I would hit them when I got out of the shower and hurt my foot.Stains on the curtains. Food on the floor. Not clean. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Overall had a nice stay and close to the outlet mall. Had breakfast at the restaurant on site in the morning and it was very good with great service. Hotel is starting to show its age with normal wear and tear but nothing awful. Pool and hot tub were great! My only complaint is I left a nice winter jacket behind in the closet of our room. I called twice and was told housekeeping didn’t find it. Unfortunately I know it was left there so I am a bit bummed it was not retuned to me. However my fault for leaving it behind in the first place I guess.

Customer service was great. Room was clean and there was no free breakfast but there was a restaurant in the hotel and it was delicious. Look to spend around $15 per person for that.

Clean. Friendly establishment. We all loved the warm cookies... There were many functions going on during our visit, and everything seemed to flow nicely. Co-located restaurant & bar were convenient and they're not too far from additional dining establishments. Only complaint was the elevators were temporarily out of service for a few hours on the two days of our stay. I found it humerus that it must be posted not to hang garments from the fire sprinkler.

Clean room and comfortable bed. I stay here every time I visit family in the area as it's the best option I've found so far. Love the warm cookies at check-in.

The manager, Tim is incredible. He’s such a joy to work with and is always looking out for what’s best. All of the staff are welcoming and kind. Stan from the bar was great! Have not had a bad experience

As soon as we arrived i noticed the ample parking. In addition the hotel is right across the street from the outlet mall. The gentleman working the front desk was very helpful and kind. The elevator worked well. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was upgraded and very nice. The fitness center is small but had two working treadmills, a bike, and an elliptical. There was one very small area for free weights. There is also an indoor pool.
