Super 8 by Wyndham Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie

We walk into the room and immediately, the room smells like cigarettes very very strongly. The bathroom was pretty nice looking but then I noticed there was a pubic hair and dried urine on the toilet seat and was appalled. Each of the towels had a random hair in them. The shower handle was not attached and was laying in the tub. The bed I was going to be sleeping in had a stain on every single pillow and when I pulled back the blanket there was more stains and random hairs. I was afraid to touch the surfaces in this room. When we woke up it smelled even stronger of cigarette smoke. Overall this place was so disgusting and everywhere I looked there were more weird stains or random hairs.

I had a fantastic stay at Super 8! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay extremely relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

Positive: "" Negative: I booked a King room, as usual. When I got there and they realized my disability, they said the only King room was on the second floor AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN ELEVATOR!!! They put me in a Queen room on first floor, next to a barking dog!!!

We had a great stay and the rooms were renovated quiet and clean overall a great stay. They had a continental breakfast in the morning from 6-9am. Would stay here again if I'm in pleasant prairie

Had an amazing stay at Super 8! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! Management is super friendly and super affordable stay!

Our family stayed here over the long weekend. We had two rooms each with two queen beds. We opted for the deluxe two queen which had a renovated bathrooms and our family had the third floor room which still had nice rooms as well as bathrooms. I took pictures of both. The continental breakfast in the morning was also a nice touch. Overall a great stay in pleasant Prarie Super 8.

I have been trying to reach the Manager for 2 weeks. The employees just keep saying he is busy or not there. I was charged for 2 nights instead of 1 and a extra 100 fee. I've asked for the owner name as well and was only told Mr Patel. I consider this fraud at this time since I did not give permission to use my card for extra days and the refusal to speak of this with me. Teri Stone.
