Sheraton Fairplex Suites & Conference Center

In my opinion Sheraton prop ties are Marriott’s ugly step child. I have yet to find a Sheraton tha I really liked. So the hotel is very dated. It really is dated and they will go through a remodel next year in 2027. You can see in the bedroom photo how old the rooms looks. I was upgraded to a corner balcony suite. The corner suite is actually a little smaller than the regular rooms and all rooms are suites but I loved the balcony. It was 83 degrees in January and I definitely used the balcony which was very secluded. The front desk staff were awesome. They wanted to waive my parking but I asked if they could charge me since my company pays and get bonus points instead. Parking was 22.00 a night for 2 nights and they gave me 5,000 points. The bad: Housekeeping was annoying. Missing bath mat, no regular coffee. It was all decaf and only one cup. Just annoying things. And this is not housekeeping but the hotel had those cheesy packets that have dried creamer and sweet and low. That’s really tacky for a Sheraton to not have the little REAL creamers. The ice machine was broken on the top floor and no one seemed to care. It’s an issue because it’s a convention hotel with one set of elevators and the ice machine all the way on the other side. When you are trying g to find out which floor has a working ice machine it was an ordeal. I would probably stay again.

This is a pretty big hotel - 8 stories tall. All rooms are suites with a sitting room, small kitchenette and bedroom. 2 big screen TV's. They are pet friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were super quick. |Our room had some noise from the elevators, but was otherwise very comfortable. |The bar/restaurant in the hotel is nice with indoor and outdoor seating and good food. There is agym and an outdoor pool and spa. |My only gripe was the $22 person night parking fee and $100 for pets and no included breakfast. |I would recommend getting a room on a higher floor and away from the elevators. I would stay there again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for my Granddaughter's wedding and it was great. The customer service was good. Starting with the desk clerk at check-in, the Valet who helped me to my room, the pleasurable meals in the resturant, a very comfortable suite, and the housekeeping staff. Also lots of parking. I recommend you try it.

Come here for a conference. I was put into a room close to the elevator. Clear elevator noise every few seconds. Very annoying and it affects sleep (as I am awake at 5 am everyday when the elevator starts to get busy). Manager refuses to change room. All they offer is ear plug. My colleague's room has exactly the same problem. This appears to be a KNOWN problem to the staff and happens to all the rooms near the elevator. It is particularly bad for lower levels. THEY NEED TO FIX THE ELEVATOR or ENHANCE SOUND PROOF. When people talk in the hallway, it can be heard clearly in the room. Overall, it shows the infrastructure of the hotel is poor. Do not recommend.

Front desk customer service was wonderful, the hotel is very nice, the price was a bit high, the room needs updating, and we were on the other side of the wall to the elevators, so it was a constant zooming up and down, sounded like when a bad storm blows through a sealed window, constant whining, my sleep was horrible. Customer service did comp one day of parking fees. But totally not worth the cost of almost $1000 for 3 nights.

Beautiful hotel, very well kept. Clean and everything looks spotless. Very friendly customer service. Staff is very helpful. The restaurant is wonderful, very clean and spacious. Service is friendly and customer service is very helpful and a tentative. Price's are a little high, food is really good though.
