The Underwood-Hale House

My partner and I had the privilege to stay here at the end of January and it was absolutely spectacular! We stayed in the Elite apartment with garden view and it was very cozy and had everything we could need! The bathroom was my favorite because of the vintage tub which was amazing for a long soak. The kitchenette was also very helpful! The area of the Hotel is prime. Lots of unique and tasty restaurants within perfect walking distance, as well as the famous Wickenden st and lots of little shops to stop into. Richard, the property manager was very kinda and helpful! I would 100% stay here again next time I need to stay in Providence.

This place couldn’t be in a better spot. It’s literally right on Brown University’s campus! The area is peaceful and great for walks, yet super convenient to parks, beaches, restaurants, and the mall. The home itself is spotless, well-organized, and feels just like home. My family absolutely loved our stay, and the fact that it’s dog-friendly was a huge plus. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful! Room was spotless! They were so accommodating with us! The location was absolutely perfect while visiting my Brown University son who plays soccer. Very easy smooth wonderful experience and the cutest place!!!

This place is absolutely amazing – very clean, beautiful, and feels almost like a fairytale. Staying here is like stepping back in time, as if you were visiting the world of Scarlett O’Hara. The atmosphere is truly unique and unforgettable. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, making us feel welcome every moment of our stay. We had a wonderful time. Richard was incredibly helpful and thorough. We received instructions to the property and allowed to check in earlier than expected. The house is beautiful and has amazing gardens. Location is very nice and has dedicated free parking. Over all highly recommended.
