Provo River Inn

Positive: Great location! Negative: The pool was closed. This is my third time staying here and the pools been closed all three times. Breakfast was coffee, muffins, and instant oatmeal (no bowls provided). That’s it.

@Baymont by Wyndham Provo River tried to check in to our room at 4:00. Told rooms wouldn’t be ready for ten minutes so we went to eat dinner for an hour. Came back one room still filthy other room we were told was clean was not. I went back to the office frustrated with lack of being able to access rooms at 5:30 pm. Said I wanted a refund for the one room and the clerk proceeded to kick us out of both rooms and threatened to call the police.

If what you care about is a cheap quiet place to sleep with a locked door and pet friendly, this is great! If you care about the tub being clean, an absence of hair in the sink, and a comfortable mattress, pick somewhere else. It was weird when I called and asked for their website to book directly and was told they don’t have one? But that I could book on any major booking site or give a credit card over the phone.

Terrible!!! It looks so great on the website, breakfast and pool, always what people are looking for. Got here, pool is being renovated, they won’t do anything for breakfast, absolutely no amenities, no ice machine or laundry either! The guy said that’s why it’s so cheap, we still paid $74 and the rooms are absolutely disgusting, our floor didn’t look like had been vacuumed, there’s stuff on the walls and ceiling, the headboard was dusty, there are holes in the curtains, the tiles are chipped and broken and there is nasty stuff all over the floors, the sheets are stained And the pillows they gave you are just a little tiny throw pillows!!! Not ever recommended!!! Gross!! 🤢

This Inn was quiet, quaint, warm and so comfortable with a river flowing right beside it that I could hear from my window. I love this place. My first time there, and I plan on only staying here whenever I am in Provo. Thank you Provo River Inn for a wonderful and very pleasant experience. Breakfast was included, and Staff was so Kind. Awesome stay!

Quiet, Honestly it was good. If you are wanting a good night's sleep, I would definitely give a thumbs up. Rooms were decent for an older motel. Furnishings were a bit worn as expected but it had a microwave and fridge, it was clean and comfy. If you are expecting it to be like an upscale Hollywood Hilton Hotel, you will be disappointed, however, I would range it in the middle of the road category. I will be using this motel again if rooms are available when I need to go to Provo or surrounding areas. I also had one of the best nights sleep, the bed was so comfortable.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat and lumpy. Room was overall dirty and had a hazardous extension cord hanging by the TV and fridge. Fridge looked like it had black mold growing it it. The pool was closed and filthy looking. Overall just not a clean hotel. The location is good, but won't be back to this one.
