Route 66 Motel

I used their towls to clean the floor now I can't stay their anymore management is very rude and they dont mop the room floors i would recommend the motel next door

I recently had a disappointing experience at this motel. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and I was surprised by the high charge of $80 for a brief 5-hour stay. The cash-only policy was inconvenient, and the bedding and towels seemed outdated. Adding to the disappointment, the owners were notably rude. These issues collectively made my stay less than satisfactory, and I would caution others considering this motel. Don’t recommend staying here.

If you are traveling Route 66 and looking for a spot, don't go here. Sign and website says newly remodeled, doubt they were remodeled in last 10 years. Cash only, hold a deposit for remotes, no customer service, card board over broken blinds..these blinds literally are 4 dollars..anyone can watch you take a shower if go behind your building. $80 for a $40 room. Towels are from pre-Jesus Era. Owners def don't put profits to improvements of any kind. Wigwam much cleaner and better in the area.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever been too, they kept my deposit which no hotel has ever done, I guess I read another review that it was a cleaning deposit, they did not tell me they would keep it hotels always give it back at the end of the stay. Floor was filthy, I walked out of the shower to change and by the time I got to the bed my feet were black so I kept my slippers on the whole week. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies, I posted a picture of a clean Clorox wipe and another picture of me doing one quick wipe on the floor and you can see how nasty the floor is. They never came and cleaned my room, towels were dirty and had hole in them and so did the bed. I got a place 10 times better for the same price couple miles away and they didn't keep my deposit. I get off work every day at 5 so when I got back I asked for clean towels she said only at 11am I can get them I explained I worked 60 hours a week I can't be here at that time any time during my stay and if I can get a couple extra towel to get me threw the week and she straight told me NO. Plus the place is tiny. Will not be back.

Bed bugs , Termites and spiders. They charge a cleaning deposit why? The rooms aren't clean. The fridge was nasty dirty floors. I use my own blankets( preference they did have bedding) staff is rude and money hungry. All the reviews on here look like the motel wrote them. Every time I come back theres no parking spaces the office come tells me no visitors then why is there no parking? Dont stay here the rate isnt worth the hassle or getting bit by bed bugs my back and arms are all but up with bumps from something on the bed

Looks amazing. Newly remodeled. Way better than most of the other local competitors. Parking is a little tight but the HBO makes up for that. Most of the other local places have crappy channels not Route 66. Refrige and microwaves in the room that actually work was a plus.
