Courtyard by Marriott Roseville Galleria Mall/Creekside Ridge Drive

Stay here for 2 nights for the concert at thunder valley. Convenient location next to freeway and also to shopping, restaurants, activities! Staffs are very friendly and professional ! The rooms somehow need deep clean, stains on carpet, the water runs slowly away in the sink. Noise level is a bit over average, can easily hear people walking through the hallway and the room next or up or downstairs.

Let me start by saying the staff was very accommodating and friendly, but the room was unacceptable. I stayed room 208. The carpet was stained and torn. The tile in the bathroom was uneven with sharp corners sticking up and I stubbed my toe on one of them. The furniture was old, shabby, and damaged. The. mattress had deep indentations on each side where MANY people had obviously slept, and it was very uncomfortable.|This property seriously needs an update. I would definitely NOT stay at this hotel again.

Very okay experience for a Marriott. Didn’t read the reviews beforehand but kind of wish I did. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the lobby is nice, but the rooms feel a bit gross and dated. Not a marriott experience by my definition. Also can verify the random fire alarm going off during our stay. The carpet in our room was very stained and dirty. Personally going to opt for another hotel next time, but it’s a fine stay if you’re in town for work I guess.

I cannot stress enough how great ALL of the staff was. Literally every person I interacted with was top tier. The hotel itself was a bit disappointing. Everything is old, grungy, and worn down. My room had a busted dresser, the bed was clinging to life by a metal coil, the pillows were flatter than Kansas, and the water pressure was closer to a slowly dripping faucet. If you have another option, go there.

I have stayed here 75+ nights in the past few years - I have always had a great experience. Well done by the management team here - they always have great employees representing the company and taking care of guests. Special call out for the night shift manager Mr June - he is always friendly and helpful!

Well been staying at Marius now. Almost 20 plus years. A little disappointed in this place. Soon as we checked in, found out the toilet was plugged. Of course they gave us the plunger. And then after using it everyday we had to plunge it three more times. Pretty sad. Management doesn't know how to call a plumber. And then inside the shower pan bottom there was black mold. Looks like housekeeping here needs a little refresher course.

Excellent location for shopping and dining. Great service. Furnishings and flooring are a bit worn. And I had to find a spot on the mattress and the couch that didn't sink in in order to sit and/or lay comfortably.
