Heritage Inn Express Roseville

I experienced a billing issue at checkout and immediately brought it to the front desk. Staff acknowledged the issue and said the manager would follow up. I later observed that the manager was on site, but I never received a call or response. I gave the hotel an opportunity to resolve this directly, but after no follow-up, I had to escalate through my bank. Disappointing, as this could have been resolved easily with communication. I’m still open to resolving this directly if the charge is corrected.

Positive: The cleanliness and staff Negative: The mattress was horrible, coffee in the room is horrible and the tv isn’t hooked up for any kind of anything. Just blue screen with no signal.

11/22/25 Below average at best. Not the worst place I've stayed, less than mid frfr. Way overpriced for the quality and location. Charges $100/room for security deposit, pretty standard, but not stated on reservation call. We had 2 rooms... Room 235: The shower was only a trickle. Key cards for rooms had to be reprogrammed multiple times. Room 236: Lighting in the bedroom didn't work, only the restroom. HVAC was very noisy, like a rusty hamster wheel. Was told there would be a "grab-n-go" breakfast, there was not. When asked, they said no breakfast today. Spend your money elsewhere if you can.

Room wouldn't get warm, most TV channels had a fuzzy picture, the refrigerator was making a very irritating noise, you could hear everyone walk by and no real "breakfast". Price was cheaper thru a booking site.

I was hoping to make a better review but I sent an email to the general manager and not even an acknowledgement. The location is great for freeway access. The only good thing about the customer service is CYNTHIA! Literally everyone else was not helpful and/or rude. She however was so pleasant and lovely with every interaction. The grab and go breakfast is convenient and was actually pretty good selection every day. The rooms are in need of repair. I’m disappointed that as the general manager, she could not even respond to her customers. The door lock was barely holding on. The toilet paper roll was the same. They definitely need to do some repairs.

Double queen room was clean and modern without carpet. Breakfast is only a coffee. Room has shampoo and towels. Water pressure is good. If not ridiculous overpriced it's ok. Just add seating breakfast area and will be 4 star.

Best ever motel I’ve ever stayed. Staffs are sweet. Free bottle water upon arrival. Room is sparking clean and specious. They gave me breakfast bag!
