Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Roseville

Went here for Thanksgiving vacation. Had two remotes, one didn't work. Found out didn't go with TV so had to share. Room clean however one seat cushion zipper ripped. Overall room very nice, location was excellent, you are near everything. Quiet, even though a pet friendly place. If you have a small dog watch out for larger ones off leash. Had issues with payment due to a glitch (solved within 24 hrs). Bottom line...I would stay here again. Stayed in a suite and well worth it. One bedroom with 2 burner stovetop and microwave oven. Full size fridge. Well worth the money. Even had a dishwasher (small unit).

Very nice location staff has no clue what's going on when it comes to booking or how to set up reservations. Definitely need better management and training. Head issues with kids running around the hotel up-and-down stairs. Let management know they did nothing on top of people. Smoking marijuana at the front door it was like a circus. Definitely not a family friendly location

Positive: "" Negative: I booked a king. Received a queen. Their breakfast begs are a joke. They ran out of orange juice coffee, coffee cups and some items we checked. Also forgot to service room when asked just a bunch of small inconvenient things that added up

We learned everyone is not charged the same. We were charged $10 a day for parking and the man who was checking out was not charged parking. The free breakfast was bad. Fruit juice was not fruit, no decaf coffee. We went to the front desk to get the food bag and they said there was a mix up. The morning sandwich was not good. Meat was processed junk. Could not watch tv from bed due to TV location. Busy location.

The staff is absolutely by far the best. Everyone is so nice and sweet. They make you feel at home. Always accommodating with anything you need. They go above and beyond for they're guest.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The first room I stayed in (Room 210) had a locked bathroom door that couldn’t be opened, so I had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room (Room 314) also had issues the shower wasn’t working, and no water was coming out. However, I want to mention that the staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful. Their good service was the only positive part of my stay.

I have stayed here 3 or 4 other times and have been disappointed before but nothing noteworthy until now I feel the need to leave a review. | Several things I didn't like before and now remember now is the parking situation. Where i did my booking there was no mention of a $10.00 fee. I checked and there is no parking fee at your neighbor the Hilton. When i was at your place the last time the clerk waived the fee when I questioned it. Looking at other reviews on this site and other sites your parking fee is mentioned quite often as something your guests are unhappy with. Your responses have been that you are not responsible for errors on your third-party sites and this complaint goes back several years which is plenty of time for these " errors " to be corrected. With the restaurant closed there is enough parking for everyone. On your own site under Optional it says parking fee.| There are many reviews about the " on the go breakfast ". I was disappointed about this the other times I was there and this time I was reminded about my disappointment. I would rather spend a few extra dollars and get a real continental breakfast. Like I said a lot of reviews were unhappy with your current breakfast situation.| We are able to make coffee in our room but what use is it if there are no little creamers or sugar. When I called downstairs about this i was told i could get some in the coffee area. Great service.| In the Church I go to we have a children's toilet which is about the height in your bathrooms. Doesn't work for adults. Hard for a senior citizen to stand up from a crouched position.| The common hallways looked clean, but the elevator carpet was very dirty.| We came to the Sacramento area for our 34th wedding anniversary and I decided to spend a little extra to get a room with a balcony thinking it would be nice to sit out on the balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. I go out and there are 1 chair and no table. I look at the other balconies, and some had no furniture and there was one balcony that had 2 chairs and a table. i asked the desk if we could get another chair and a small table like the one had. I was told WE could move one of the chairs from the sitting room near the lobby to the balcony. I may be wrong, but I expected a balcony to have sitting room and a table. | Also, on the balcony I noticed a long pole, like a window washing pole, attached to the railing with bungee cords. I looked up and it was being used to support the rain gutter above us. I wonder about the safety of that??? One other item about the balcony was the handle and lock wasn't functional; it didn't lock or engage. I don't know why i paid $20 extra for a balcony if I couldn't enjoy it.| In many of the other reviews I looked at the common response to the guest was the issues would be brought up at a staff meeting to correct the issues. Some of these issues have been recurring for over 2 plus years. Please don't tell me the company line. Like I stated I've stated I've stayed here 3 or 4 times before and would like to stay again if i know that there have been some changes. My stay was in October 5th, 2025.
