My mom and I used to manage this place back in the late 90s. Can't say what it's like now, but back then it was really nice and well ran.
This hotel with it's new owners is run down and dirty. They mostly cater to migrant workers. Trash everywhere. This used to be an awesome hotel back in the day....so sad.
Staff is not very hospitable. Surroundings are dirty. They seem to cater mostly to lower class locals and transient field workers. Does not feel safe due to questionable clientele.
The rooms were very suitable to my needs. Clean and very well attended with had very accommodating staff.
The hotel California Inn offers a very reasonable price for a room for the night and are always clean and comfortable

un buon motel ben arredato e confortevole. alla vista esteriore nulla di speciale e simile a quanto solitamente visto nei film (ha un suo fascino).||bella piscina all'esterno ma non utilizzata viste le temperature serali (di giorno eravamo impegnati all'acquario).||servizio basico ma efficiente.
