Alright, I know there are mixed reviews about this place. Lots of bad ones. Ive been here a few days in a single room, no kitchen and my own bathroom. The pros: close to the gym, food, and class. My room isnt so bad, I have lots of room, and the internet isnt bad either. My room is relatively clean, and I have a full size fridge. Plenty of furniture too. The cons: bed is old, but contrary to other reviews there is no evidence of insects or bed bugs. I dont have a real kitchen, so no sink for dishes or stove to cook. You cant set your own thermostat, but that hasn't been an issue yet. I would say make sure youre in a room without a shared bathroom and you should okay staying here. Its really convenient to everything.

This hotel is garbage. They will charge you 99/night and you cannot control your own AC or room temperature. When I told them my room was 88F they said for me to just open the windows. The windows are locked in my room and unable to open and I asked for a room change and said they were unable to.

This place is horrible. I cannot count the number of insects that I have found in my room. The cleaning schedule is very spotty and inconsistent. I have had my room cleaned sometimes 2 days in a row and sometime not for an entire week. This biggest problem I have with this place is that the rooms have little to no temperature control. My room is uncomfortably cold and I was told that the heat can't be turned on until 5 consecutive cold days have passed. The only reason I'm staying here is because of how close it is to my school. Don't stay here unless you have to.

Haven’t even got there yet and the manager gave me a disgusting attitude and borderline yelled at me just for what the room has in it, the rooms are definitely as disgusting as that "lady"

I’m not sure why this place only gets 3 stars. We originally were set to stay in building 711 but ended up needing a suite. Both rooms were clean and everything is serviceable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had to switch rooms. The plus sides are the sides are the price ( very affordable), both rooms had a small, stocked kitchen , cleanliness, and the bed and furniture was comfortable. The only cons were the shower water temperature was a little touchy, a minor inconvenience in my opinion and you can’t control the thermostat. Luckily we could open the windows and crack the door so even though the room was a little warm, we were able to get comfortable. If you want an affordable and clean place to stay I highly recommend. It’s not the lap of luxury but completely doable.

I read reviews before arriving and was a bit nervous. The Angelo Inn has several buildings so other reviews may have been for different buildings, but our experience has been very positive. We stayed in family lodging and it was very nice! Our reservation was for a one bedroom family friendly room with a kitchen and living area. I was very pleased with the room with two exceptions. The toilets are loud and we could hear the people upstairs moving furniture across the floor at night after our kids were asleep. We ended up needing more space to separate our kids at night so that they could sleep better, so we moved to a two bedroom family suite. The front desk staff is wonderful and very helpful as well as housekeeping and maintenance staff were very helpful and pleasant. I am very happy with our two week stay

DO NOT STAY HERE. The first room they put me in had flies coming out of the sink and my bed sheets were dirty, I immediately went to get a new room just to be met with more dirty sheets and bed bugs. Bed bugs being a common issue at this hotel. Also, if you’re military (E6 and below) they make you share a bathroom (be prepared to deal with someone else’s pubes in your shower). If you’re able to I highly recommend staying off base, there are way nicer hotels for cheaper. (You can see a picture I took of the bug traps they put under the mattress, and the nasty sheets) Besides that the staff is nice, never had any issues with them, the manager also gave me a letter of personal choice so I could move to a hotel off base.
