I am writing to formally recognize the outstanding service I received from Priscilla during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, her friendly and kind demeanor made me feel incredibly welcome. Priscilla is remarkably attentive to guest needs and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. It is rare to find someone so dedicated and amazing at what they do. The Uptown Oasis San Jose Airport hotel has nice rooms, good showers, safe and free parking while you are gone, free shuttle to the airport and a very nice breakfast buffet! Conveniently close to the charming city center. Very competitive prices. Best of all is the staff, they are just marvelous. A big shout-out to Rebecca, Lumie and Priscilla! You are the best!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Gave our room away after checking in while waiting for it to be cleaned mind you this was 2 hours after the 3pm check in time. Put us in out of service room that was being worked on with open drywall and no hot water.

My partner and I stay down here often when we have work in the area. Priscilla and Rebekah are hands down the most delightful folks to work with. They always make our check in process and our stay so pleasant. We honestly keep coming back because of the wonderful service. From the front desk, to housekeeping. Thank you!

This is an update to a previous review I wrote. I have been a regular at this hotel for a very long time. My mom lives close by and there are a lot of hotels in the area to choose from but I always return because the customer service here is top notch! Priscilla works the front desk and she is always welcoming and super nice. This time I came in she recommended I try their new restaurant. I am so glad I listened because the Alfredo was the best I ever had!! Other places their Alfredo is always bland with no flavor. They knocked it out of the park with this one. 10/10 highly recommend! The waitress was very sweet and the convince of not having to venture off to find dinner made it even that much better! Thanks again for the recommendation! I’ll be back again for dinner tonight.

Now Uptown has opened their restaurant with a wide selection on their menu. Great food and service. While the rooms are not super modernized and may have something here or there that could be improved, they are clean and well kept. The housekeeping always does an impeccable job in servicing the rooms. But what really makes this place stand out is the exceptional service given by Priscilla at the front desk. She is always happy to help and do her job. She is friendly and attentive and never makes me feel like a bother if I need any assistance. The reason I book here every time I’m in town!

The entire staff—from the cleaners to the front desk team—are exceptional. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, both Rabecca and Priscilla. Priscilla In particular went above and beyond to be accommodating and understanding, making my last stay truly enjoyable. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms are pleasant and relaxing. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Great value for the money!
