2439 Fairfield A Bed & Breakfast

We stayed December 20th of 2025. It was my wife's first time ever at a true Bed and Breakfast and they did NOT disappoint! Fresh fruit, homemade jams and biscuits, potatoes casserole, apple cider and much more! The food was great! The jet tub was relaxing. The bed was on point. The Christmas decorations were divine! Unique and special. Definitely lifted our Christmas spirits to the next level for the rest of the season. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Very accommodating and genial hosts at this lovely place to stay. There is plenty of things to admire in this B&B including the furniture, artworks, silverware and dinner ware, and the lots of Delphware. A pleasant balcony to sit in the evening and night. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. We had a good chat with our hosts Jimmy and Brian. Shreveport has much to offer to visitors.

We stayed here on a Saturday night in the Paul Stetson Suite. The historic mansion is beautiful and filled with antiques. The owners are personable and know a wealth of information about the area (it’s been owned by them for 37 years). Also, the breakfast is amazing with tomato grits, fluffy biscuits, eggs, muffins, fruit, and fried pies!

My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary at this quaint bed and breakfast! Jimmy and Brian made us feel so welcome! The breakfast was wonderful! Especially the Tomato grits! If you need a getaway this is the perfect place to unwind. Thanks guys for your southern hospitality!

I came with my daughter, who is 12 years old, on the way to see Taylor Swift in New Orleans. She is a HUGE Gilmore Girls fan, and I was hoping to experience a bed and breakfast similar to the fun on Gilmore Girls. ||This did not fall short! We loved all the details, and the small intimate feeling of the home. Jimmy and Brian were welcoming, friendly, and made us feel at home. Breakfast was also delicious! We are thankful our first experience at a bed and breakfast was a memorable one.

We wanted to try something different instead of the casino hotels and I'm glad that we did! The owners are beyond accommodating and the brunch was wonderful! While we ate Jimmy gave us a history lesson about Shreveport and suggested a few other things to do besides gambling, very much appreciated. Although we did not make our own coffee, the setup they have provided upstairs is very cute. We did however, sit on the patio early in the morning. The neighborhood is very very quiet. |With this being our first bed and breakfast we didn't know what to expect. There is something to see in every corner and the appreciation of the historical China, to the look and feel of the rooms, to all the plants and outdoor seating was definitely 5 stars for me.||I highly recommend staying here, Jimmy and Brian made this trip very memorable!

We spent 2 nights and loved every minute! Jimmy and Brian were over-the-top with southern hospitality, great southern breakfasts (where do I began describing the home-cooked delicacies), and their attention to detail in every room and porch! |If you’re spending time in Shreveport, this can’t be missed. Thoroughly entertaining and comfortable. Can’t wait to return!
