They’re rude very disrespectful they don’t clean the room that along wash there sheets or covers they charge extra for heat they also have roaches and rats they shower don’t work half the time….have attitudes when you call the front desk and complain about the room…just horrible but suppose to be under new management they need new works

I made an online reservation and it said I would get an email for confirmation. I looked the day before we were to leave - no email, no email in the evening. Still no email the morning we were to leave. I tried calling, but no phone #. I had to have my phone carrier help me find the phone# and she also couldn't find it either for awhile. When I did call, the lady on the phone had no idea we were coming and couldn't look on the computer. I would have to wait 12-1PM when the owner got there. We were needing to leave much earlier than that to get there at a decent time. We left hoping for the best. When we got there we did have a room but the lobby was locked. Our room looked clean, but we started seeing roaches all over even in the bed. Only 1 towel and 4 small hand cloths. The bed was not that comfortable, the pillows were really cheap and would flatten out when laying on them. It is NOT a good place to stay. The neighborhood is also really run down.

I haven't even gotten a chance to get the room yet. Me my fiancee and cousin o ly stop there not even ten minutes before I could even walk to the door the lady who works the window yelled and cussed at my fiance and cousin stating we can sit there it was more said but I don't want to go all in details but it was very terrible. She was screaming and cussing while walking to the sales window I did not feel comfortable. That's just rediculous.

Was told this was a place that did not put up with all the low price hotel stupid stuff....we'll it does!!!! Beware!!!

The rooms had live roaches! I was given room 120 at first; room had very strong and unpleasant odor then upon inspection I seen a roach on the wall on side of the bed. I went back to request another room, 111. I inspected that one I found 4 roaches in the room. I demanded a refund. The lady at the window was very rude and stated they had just sprayed and no refunds. I slept in my car instead. I understand that pest control needs to be done; however, they should not be renting rooms if they still have live pests in them. This is super unsanitary. I also called the number to complain and no one ever reached back out to me.

We paid 370.00 for a week and threw me out on second night for getting my son's medication out of car . It's a scam they cheat you out of your money be very careful

This place is honestly not bad idk why the reviews are what they are but hey clean room good ac lots of food and drinks places around close by like cmon. Thank You Cajun Inn!!
