The front desk staff initially came across as somewhat abrupt, though their demeanor improved once it was clear that I was a guest. Additional customer-service training may be beneficial. This may also be influenced by the hotel’s location adjacent to an entertainment center, which likely results in higher foot traffic. Improved signage would be helpful, as the property is tucked away on the interior side of a bank and can be difficult to locate, with multiple roads leading into the area. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff serving it were friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

Positive: The super friendly staff, clean room, thick walls made perfect for sleeping. Also enjoyed the yummy sweet and savory breakfast buffet. Negative: The price. I thought it was really pricey for the night. Especially for Shreveport.

Room was clean, but the bathroom had terrible smell. My first thought was urine on the floor, but then realized there was a drain in the floor and that it might be sewer smell. It was bad. Just there one night. I didn't realize it was pet friendly when I booked the room. I was assured the rooms were deep cleaned after each stay. We walked in and first thing there were used towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was not appealing to us.

Be extremely cautious staying here. I was charged $200 after checkout to "replace one tile" in each of two rooms. We stayed one night in the first room and five nights in the second — yet somehow the exact same single-tile damage was claimed in both. There was no walkthrough, no prior notice, and no documentation provided before my card was charged. The pattern raises serious concerns about how these damage assessments are determined. If you stay here, document your room thoroughly at check-in and checkout. Bring your own black light if you have pets.

Wouldn't had known there had been a dog or cat in the room prior to staying in it. Wasn't there ten minutes before my allergies started to flare. Couldn't breath all night all morning long! Rust on the shower rail. Paint chipping out of the bottom of the tub. The ice had balls of dry grass in it, I think it was dry grass. I had scabs around my eyes and nose from allergies when I got home. I'll never stay here again not recommending it. I only came for the red velvet waffles! The mix was nasty, i.e. not mixed correctly, and the cooker over cooked it. Ruined my new year. & The made knocked on the door 2 hours before check out time! I was struggling to breath barely able to sleep from the animals y'all allow folk to keep in your hotel!

Clean and easy to find location. Several nearby food options. The staff was so friendly and gave me two bottles of water when I arrived, and they had more bottles set up for breakfast which was really nice. A lot of hotels can be stingy with that and I really appreciated this.

As a Diamond member I have to say, this is the worst Hilton hotel in Shreveport/Bossier area. The housekeeping department does a great job but any person dealing with customers is absolutely insufferable. Very rude and not helpful. They will go out of their way to be as inconvenient as possible. I've stayed in this hotel for over a month this year for work but I will stay at the Airport Hampton before I come back here and that says alot. I also have 18 employees under me who book 18 separate rooms and they also will not be returning. Hope this helps in your selection for a room in the area.
