The food was not as good as Nicky’s on vickingb drive in bossier city so here goes. Didn’t like tmis. redtsursnt. I didn’t like this restaurant. Imwonr fo back agAIN|||THE TORTILLA SOIP WAS AWFUL WITH GIANT PIECES OF SWEET POTATOES. ||HOW MANY MORE WORDS DO I NEED TO DESCRIBE HOW AWFUL THIS WAS ||SHOULD HAVE JUST HAS FROZEN MARGARITA

Very frustrating!!! I've stayed at this hotel once before with a friend and it was decent and cheap. Needed a quick place for my son and I to stay another time, so I chose this same hotel and it was very nasty. The front desk was nice, however, when I went to my room, soon as I opened the door and went into the bathroom roaches were crawling everywhere. I looked at the bed and saw roaches crawling around the headboard. I let the front desk know and was offered another room. However, when I went into the new room it was even worse. Roach nest were sitting on top of the headboard and crawling everywhere. I was tired and very agitated. Not a place I wanted my child to stay at. I didn't even feel comfortable being there myself. I went back to the front desk and asked to have my money refunded and I found another hotel.

We pulled in very late and had booked online in advance, so we just wanted somewhere decent to crash. The lady at the front desk was great. ||||The room however was not as stellar. The AC was off when we came in, so the room was around 90°F and sticky. I think they should at least turn it on to 75°F once they know the room is booked so that it isn't so miserably hot and humid when you get into the room. There were no towels at all. The bathroom was dirty and there were ceiling tiles starting to come down above the shower. The bed was relatively comfortable and the sheets appeared to be clean. ||||The motel seemed to attract a less than desirable clientele. Noisy drunks at 4:00am, what appeared to be call girls taking guests constantly. I wasn't able to sleep well for fear that my truck would be broken into. ||||I wouldn't stay there again, at least not under current management.

For the price it's not bad at all! Housekeeping and front desk are very nice and do their job well. This motel is the cleanest one I've been to that's located off Monkhouse. Clean, nobody just walking around any time of the day, very low key over here. I would definitely stay here again

My experience was completely awful! Check in.. receptionist was extremely rude, got to the room killed 5 cockroaches, bathroom was disgusting. There was dirt and hair in the tub, the mirror was smeared with dirt as well.. The doors have to be slammed extremely hard to lock when you leave . The refrigerator didn't work . It had food inside it. I will definitely not ever go back there again.

The hotel was extremely nasty there was long black hairs all over the room. Cigarettes burns all over the room and ashes.No toliet paper holder. No warning signs for caution getting out of the hot tub. He slip and fell and all bruised up.

This place does not deserve a star. This is a more rent by the hour hotel. From the first moment we got it was not as advertised. My son and daughter in law had booked a family suite that was supposed to have walk in jacuzzi tubs, a kitchenette, family space and room for 6 with a pool. The pictures of the place were beautiful but beware it is all a LIE a BIG FAT LIE.Well what we got was 2 rooms where one of the rooms the door was broke so the key card didn''t work then it went down hill from there. There was cigarette butts on the floor, dirty underwear and socks in the drawers in one room. The smoke detectors were open and batteries removed in both rooms. There was bugs and rat droppings behind the bathroom doors. There was drawers and knobs missing from the dresser in the other room' When we went to open the ice box the door almost feel off in our hands. The TV had buttons missing so you couldn''t turn it on or off or turn the channels up or down. The doors handles screws were loose and falling out and you could not use the dead bolt. The electrical outlets were all lose and only 1 work at all in one room . The towels were all dirty and stained it looked like all they did was put them in the dryer and put them back in the room. They were nasty I am glad I had a beach towel with me. For what good that did me for the pool. Because it was empty except for the lower end that was full of brown dirty water. There was actually a tick that crawled across the bed. The staff are impolite and rude. Especially if you ask for clean towels or directions to the ice machine. Do not take your kids there are hookers drug dealers all over the place. No this place does not get even 1 star .but you have to get it a star just so it will let you post the review. They charged my son $115.00 for a room not worth $30. Stay at your own risk.They actually have a sign that says no refunds after 15 of check in no matter how many days you are reserved for. Now mind you it takes that long to check in. So you been told of our experience so make up your own mind. I have pictures to prove what I have said.
