Travelodge by Wyndham Shreveport LA

We came ro check in and there was two ladies greeting us with t h great hospitality. Felt as if part of family not checking into a hotel. One thing I will say is breakfast and coffee really would make teavelodge mostamazing place to stay!!! Our stay was amazing room. Was clean and very relaxing never slept better.

Most of the staff was great. I called at 7:30 a.m. As the blowdryer in the room was broken. It was not addressed promptly. The clerk at the desk said " I have no control on when it will be taken care of.." Upon my return at 5:45 p.m. It was FINALLY ADDRESSED. COMMODE NEEDS AN UPGRADE.. MORE PILLOWS ON THE KING SIZE BED... ( THERE ARE ONLY 3) I believe the price should have reflected the inconvenience. Candee was by far, the best employee..

Do not expect the Return of any Belongings left behind, most hotel holds your belongings ive once left a wallet in a Houston hotel for over a Year when I returned. I jus asked out of curiosity and the Guy said YES ! and that he remembered me and wondered why I never contacted him abt it...to my Surprised everything i left in the Wallet was still there even my Money....im 100% sure I forgot my belongings at this hotel and I was 100% sure I wasn't gona Retrieve it..its call Ratchet City for a Reason

DO NOT STAY HERE. I checked in to 2 different rooms and both were filthy. Second room had a fridge that didn’t work with black mold growing inside it. A manager of course wasn’t on property at the time to refund the reservation so now I’m getting the run around for over 3 days because Heather the manager refuses to speak to me by phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY booking here. You’ll end up having to book somewhere else and pay double like I did. This place is disgusting. Management chooses to ignore you.

The customer service is the only redeeming quality about this hotel. Every complaint we had, they handled quickly and with grace. I'm not normally one to complain, but I would never, ever stay here again. The first room was a single double bed when we booked a king. The room was musty and the carpet was wet. The front desk said it was recently shampooed and changed our room with no hesitation. I believe they upgraded us to a king "suite." Don't be fooled by the pictures. The rooms are dingy and poorly maintained. Thank goodness the water in the shower was hot. We tripped a breaker by using the hairdryer in the designated outlet, and the door handle is one jiggle away from falling off. Our key cards did not work anymore when we came back from lunch, so we had to get them reset. Although we put a "door not disturb" sign on the door, we came back to find new towels and on the desk and leftover food in the refrigerator thrown away. We cut our stay a day short and got out of dodge. Oh, also, they do not serve breakfast because of "covid" and the pool is closed.

Huge room, very clean! Bathtub shower fridge microwave all very clean, and staff was great. The property was in the middle of upgrading and we got an older room that was still very clean with NO BUGS! THANK GOODNESS, I finally got rest over the past 5 days here..

Cool lil guy name mr smith checked me in and very respectful and helpful besides that room was ok can use a upgrade but definitely get the job done will stay again
