Quality Inn & Suites Sioux City Southeast

Definitely not "quality". There were no towels, washcloths, or kleenex - and the hand towels looked used. We checked in late, so they had plenty of time to prep the room. Most everything in the room is broken - from the drawers to the bathroom counter to the heater. They had no TV service, either, and one of their lamps didn't turn on. When we went to breakfast, they started packing up exactly at 930, with one of the workers listening to their phone really loudly. No one was at the desk in the morning for checkout, though see waited a while after ringing the bell a few times, so we just left. We absolutely won't be returning.

If you like cold showers you will love this hotel. It’s a cold December and I was so disappointed. I can’t figure out why motel managers risk very negative reviews by saving a little on hot water. All the other Quality inns have nice big tubs and hot water but not this one. Never again for me.

Positive: For a quality inn, this was a nicely renovated hotel. I've been disappointed by quality inns in the past, but not this one, there are worse comfort inns than this. Negative: The bathroom door won't close due to water damage, but that didn't bother me due being alone.

Hotel needs a major remodel. The channel sheet in room did not match the channels on TV so it was very difficult to find the channel we were searching for. The tub faucet leaked all night. The breakfast was horrible. The scrambled eggs were watery and ALL the sausage leaks had strange dark spots on them and were cold at 8:00am. We frequently stay at Choice brand hotels for golf tournaments we travel to because they are frequently in smaller towns where the tournaments happen to be. Probably will not stay here again. Thankfully with points our stay was free!

Really nice when you walk in. We have 2 dogs which we paid another 50.00 for. Chairs in our room have arms chewed out of them, bathroom sink sprayed sideways, holes in the bed covers. Pillows were smaller than usual and were old..

The shower nozzle was broken in one room in addition to blood on the sheets. I notified the front desk and was given sheets. In the other room the water barely came out of the sink and shower nozzles. Overall just a horrible experience for my sister, brother in law, and myself.

Bathroom sink water just a trickle, couldn’t even rinse a toothbrush out. Floor in room worn past normal use seeming dirty, some towels were dingy gray. Side Entry door did not lock (electronically it worked but actual door hardware didn’t engage), and was only about 15 feet from our room making us feel unsafe.
