$100 deposit that they only refund if you bring your receipt to the front desk. They kept $40 of our deposit because of spilt orange juice on the bed that didn’t hit the mattress. So just the bedding. There was a mixup at booking and somehow ended up with a room with one bed but the only charged $10 to upgrade to 2. The process was easy. Pool and hot tub were clean and good temps. Only complaint about the room was one of the pillows had what looked like a blood stain on it. Breakfast was basic but a clean area. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. Overall, our stay was enjoyable but I wouldn’t go back. That $40 put a hole in our pocket.

Great location with lots of perks. There is a lounge, breakfast, wonderful pool and hot tub. The rooms are spotless. Cleanest bathroom I've ever seen. Great blackout curtains. Great bedding. Good towels. Only negative is the hot items (eggs and sausage) were out at 8:20, breakfast ends at 9. People were standing waiting for it to be restocked which took awhile.

I seriously wish I could give this place zero stars. The service here was absolutely horrible. I've never been treated so poorly at a hotel in my life. Every time I asked for help - whether it was about the room, towels, or even simple questions - the staff acted annoyed, dismissive, and straight up rude. It felt like they didn't care about guests at all. What made it worse is that when I pointed out issues with the room, they didn't even pretend to care. No apology, no offer to fix anything, nothing. Just attitude. I wasn't asking for anything crazy - just basic customer service. Instead, I spent my whole stay feeling unwelcome and ignored. I couldn't relax or enjoy my trip because the service set the tone from the moment I checked in. For the money I paid, the experience should've been WAY better. I won't ever stay here again, and I honestly hope people read this before booking, because no one deserves this kind of treatment on t acation.

There was 4 of us in a room with two beds. My handicap mother who is in a wheelchair asked a staff member for a bath mat for inside the tub as she did not want to fall in the shower (she is a fall risk) and the staff member said they did not have those. So my mother then asked for an extra towel that she could put down inside the tub to step on so she didn’t fall and the staff member refused to give her an extra towel saying that there was 4 towels in the room already. There was 4 people staying in the room which means they wanted one of us to give up our towel that we would use to shower and dry off with. Something as simple as an extra towel was denied to us. My mother didn’t tell me this until the next day when we were checking out. I am very disappointed in this establishment and I will NOT be staying here ever again! I suggest you don’t either.

For the price, it’s fine. Beds are not real comfortable. Key cards stop working before checkout which is strange. Dry cereal at breakfast but no milk. Standard hotel otherwise.

Front person was very nice and friendly. Checked us in quickly it was late in the evening so we could rest from our long drive. So we could finish our drive home in the morning.

The room and service were much better than a few disgruntled reviews had lead me to believe. Staff was prompt in assisting us, even when checking in very late. There were a few signs of wear, but overall the room was very modern and thoroughly cleaned. I feel satisfied with the quality of stay we received for the rate.
