recently stayed at this motel and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience, especially the quality of the rooms. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, fresh, and well taken care of. The room was spotless — the floors, bathroom, bedding, and even the corners were clearly maintained with attention to detail. That alone made a big difference in comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, with supportive pillows and soft linens that made it easy to relax after a long day. The room had a modern feel, with updated fixtures and a layout that made good use of the space. I appreciated the small touches like plenty of outlets, good lighting, and a quiet heating and cooling system that worked perfectly without being noisy. The bathroom was another highlight. It was clean, well-lit, and stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries. The shower had strong water pressure and consistent hot water, which is something you don’t always find. Overall, this motel exceeded my expectations. It provided a comfortable, quiet, and clean environment at a fair price. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, quality accommodations.

I had amazing stay with this property. For the checking it was quick and staff was very helpful throughout the whole stay. Room was huge and beds were comfortable. In breakfast they had lots of verity’s and they are also serving bacon which was my favourite thing. Overall it was amazing experience for the price which I payed.

I stay at this location weekly for business. I choose the same location every time. It's location is convenient there is a very nice 24 hr restaurant right behind with a gas station. On-site laundry for convenience when working long days. Never any check in issues whether I make it at 2-3am or 8pm. Never wait long. Don't have to pick up a phone and call someone to come to the front and check you in at 2am when you show up after driving through a rough storm I just walk in stand at the desk a moment and a kind gentleman always comes immediately out within 2 minutes. Checks me in fast with no hesitation. Room is always clean. Housekeeping staff is always nice as well as the breakfast attendant. Thank you staff, I appreciate it when working long days!

As soon as we walked into the hotel, it smelt musty and moldy. There was a bit of a language barrier with the front desk girl. The second floor hallway smelt even worse than the main floor. Our room didn’t smell clean. The set up of our room didn’t make sense with a partial wall and nothing being able to fit in that space. The main light in the bathroom didn’t work. The light switch sometimes worked for the mirror light, but sometimes it would flicker. The tub was very small. The garbage bag didn’t fit the garbage bin. The breakfast was decent though. I liked the bacon.

This is our go-to place whenever we are in Sioux Falls. It is clean, updated, and comfy. This last stay was a last-minute, unscheduled stop with kids after driving all night to avoid bad weather further north. We just needed somewhere safe and warm to stay for a sleep, and the front desk rep got us checked in quickly on the spot at around midnight. A slight old smoky smell was coming from around the window or AC unit (could not tell for sure), but the rooms were otherwise clean and warm. We didn’t have breakfast, use the showers or TV, as we were on a hurry to leave, but I could see the staff mopping the floors and making the place spotless after the guests left. This location cares about the guest experience. Would recommend!!

I'm am not person who complains very often. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years and have had a good experience. The tv was not usable. The refrigerator was making noise and I unplugged so we could sleep.

Well priced compared to its competitors. We have stayed here twice a year for many years, and it only seems to get cleaner, freindlier, and more inviting. I think it changed hands a while ago and ever since it has just become more and more impressive.
