Let's see where to start. Bed bugs... I've now spent a small fortune trying to make certain they haven't followed me to my new home... I had a book delivered to me while I was there. I never received it. I asked every day if the book had come. Always NO ma'am. Well, I contacted the post office they have a GPS enabled scan saying that, YES, it was delivered, right to the front desk. So the hotel staff lied to me. They were supposed to treat the room with the bed bugs as I still had stuff in that room (they moved me to another room after I brought them a dead bed bug) they never did! I had to bag up all that stuff and take it to my new home. Thankfully I had a garage so I didn't have to take it inside with me. If I could give them a ZERO, I would! I'm not a complainer, I rarely give bad scores, but this was truly awful. If I could get my money back, I would ask for it. And yes, I could have switched hotels, but I didn't want to worry about giving another hotel bed bugs, so I stayed, and bought tons of different treatments and doused the room I was staying in. Sprays, UV lamps, the works. My car even had bed bugs. I had to get that professionally steam cleaned, for another $475! I would NEVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy!

Positive: Accessibility to highway for travel. Superb cleaning standards. Fresh linens and very comfortable beds An wonderful hot breakfast refreshed! Also loved the little bench outside while you are waiting in pleasant weather. Negative: Observing the major restoration was a surprise but not unwelcoming.

Good clean rooms, exactly as shown on website. Check-in was fast and clerk was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was the usual with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy etc... thought it was weird that in our room, the smoke detector was covered in tape and the battery cover on remote was held in place with a bandaid. Overall a nice little place at affordable rates and good location.

Very clean room. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very welcoming. I would stay there again. Jacuzzi was out of order, but not a big deal for us.

Very clean, comfortable, and safe location. Also the staff is very understanding, I had to cancel for unknown circumstances right after I booked my room, and the front desk was very polite.

Very kind staff, the owners are welcoming and kind. There are vending machines and all you need close, by the nearest Walmart is a five minute walk so many stores close by. It’s pretty clean the cleaning staff are very kind and humble people. Breakfast is alright eggs aren’t my favorite tho, my only notable comment and dissatisfaction would be the internet I stayed for about a week and it runs fairly slow or won’t connect when I try to watch things on my phone in certain areas of my room I don’t know if it’s bad internet or too slow i recommend changing it or seeking an option to extend it because it’s very frustrating as a customer.

Looked for a cheaper option. I'm not someone who needs total luxury, have stayed at all ranges of hotels and frequent them often.|Ewe!!!!! The bathroom is gross in every which way. It is the worst bathroom I have ever seen. The toilet is less than an inch from the door, so it's awkward for larger people. Under the sink looks like it's under construction it is peeling away, the grout is long gone filled with debris and god knows what else. |The beds look the cleanest. The carpeted main floor is not nice on the feet.| The hallway floor is moist in several areas even though I wouldn't ever get into the pool. Besides being cold the tiles on the bottom are broken, the broken tiles are smashed in pieces on the bottom, it is very easy to see the dirt and its surface and deep clean dirty. |The hot tub has clearly not worked in many months! The water is low. It the out of order sign is moisture curled and the caution tape is clearly well used.|The tv worked, a.c. Worked but the heat stunk up the entire room ( a kid turned it on). |I feel gross just being in the room
