I love the location. The team is very professional and welcoming. We enjoyed the free waters every day. Very nice service but we did not like the heating system that blows cooler air when the room temperature has reached the selected temperature. So instead of getting warm air you get cool air blowing towards the bed. That's not good. I did not think the coffee served for breakfast is any good.
This hotel is not worth the price. I stayed for one night and was able to check in early. I will say the woman working the front desk when I arrived was very sweet and helpful. But when I went to get into bed that night I found a blood smear on the comforter. For over $200 per night I expect better. If you stay here, check the linens thoroughly before settling in for the night.
Amazing location, a few friendly staff members, but horrible management! For two months I have been trying to speak to someone in charge about a supervisor cussing at me unprovoked in front of my two small children. I’ve had a few issues here in the past like me & my children new shoes boxes being trashed by house keeping, yet my trash was full and not dumped. I felt as if they were snooping through my things

I was supposed to get a special rate for an event at the hotel. I prepaid but only got the special rate for one night. What is worse is that after our stay I discovered I was charged again but this time it had the special lower rate for both nights. The lady at registration at the hotel when we checked in was not very pleasant when I explained the rate issue. She clearly was not listening carefully. Instead of giving me a credit for the correct rate I was charged a second time. I have contacted the number for the company to call to fix the issue. I provided the documentation they requested in an email. Since then they have stopped responding. I have reached out to them several more times and all I get is the silent treatment. So I dispute this with my credit card company. That’s when I finally heard back from the hotel’s claim department saying they were closing my claim because I involved my credit card company. | |Micha

The rooms are typically equipped with comfortable beds, workspaces, and modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, providing everything needed for a short or extended stay.
This hotel was an absolute disappointment from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were shockingly unprofessional, acting like guests were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have jobs. Basic courtesy was nonexistent, and any questions were met with attitude instead of help. To make matters worse, there was no grab-and-go breakfast as advertised. No notice, no apology, no alternative. Just another example of poor communication and lack of care for guests. What really crossed the line was witnessing multiple employees standing around behind the desk doing absolutely nothing while openly talking trash about current guests. Loud enough to hear. Laughing, gossiping, and making rude comments as if professionalism doesn’t apply when they think no one is listening. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. When I asked for the front desk clerk’s name to report the issue, she refused to provide it. I then asked for the general manager’s name and was also denied that information. The refusal to identify themselves or management only reinforced how poorly this place is run and how little accountability exists. This hotel feels badly managed, untrained, and completely uninterested in providing even the most basic level of hospitality. If you value professionalism, privacy, or common decency, do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
Reserved a room on Trip.com after driving all day to get there we were told they don’t take third party reservations because people trash the rooms and had to scramble at 6:30 in the evening to find a hotel to stay. BEWARE! UPDATE: After seeing the response to my initial review, the front desk worker told us there were no third party reservations allowed. We made our reservation on trip.com, called them and verified we had the correct hotel so our reservation was correct.
