Clean room. They had exceptional customer service for check in and check out. Pool is indoor and heated and stays open til 11pm which was awesome for our little one. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Free coffee station in lobby however tasted like hot water. Not sure it was just a fluck but coffee in room was fine. Thanks Hyatt for your hospitality!

Clean, well-maintained rooms with very comfortable beds. I had a great view of the Arch from my window and really enjoyed the stay. One thing to note is that the walk to the rooms can be quite long depending on which room you’re assigned, so keep that in mind if mobility or convenience is a priority. Elevators are generally fast, though they can get busy during peak hours with stops on many floors. The hotel is right in downtown, making the location excellent and very convenient. Absolutely recommended — I loved my stay and would happily return.

Positive: beautiful hotel interior, rooms very nice & clean -great location. Negative: Parking on site was said to be option, yet when arrived told only valet was option. Used garage a block away. No breakfast included in stay.

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt property, and unfortunately my experience at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch was extremely disappointing. After checking out, I noticed a $105 valet parking charge on my card that I never authorized. I did not have a vehicle during my stay. When I contacted the front desk, I was told my card had been used to pay for parking connected to another room in our group reservation. However, the individual in that room also has bank statements showing they paid for their own parking, and I also have bank records showing the charge on my card. This means we were both charged for the same parking, which suggests there was a clear billing error. When I tried calling the hotel to resolve the issue, I was told staff were too busy assisting guests checking in and that I should call back later. That response was frustrating, especially since I was simply trying to correct what appears to be an erroneous charge. Overall, the situation made the hotel seem very disorganized, and the lack of assistance when I attempted to resolve the issue only added to the frustration. As this was my first time staying at a Hyatt property, this experience has left a very bad impression. I hope management reviews this matter, corrects the charge, and improves how situations like this are handled.

Excellent hotel and phenomenal service. Everyone working there is really cool and friendly. Amazing breakfast buffet. The rooms are spacious and the bed is wonderful. I highly recommend. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Stayed on the 10th floor with a king-size bed and an absolutely spectacular, unforgettable view of the Arch and the city — truly the highlight of the stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and hospitable throughout. That said, the hotel sits above the interstate, and it is very loud, think raceway or NASCAR-level noise. If traffic noise doesn’t bother you, this place is perfect for the views alone. If you’re a light sleeper, just be aware you’re trading quiet for an incredible skyline.

Stay at Drury next door. It has the same view and probably fewer hidden fees. 1. First off, there’s a $150 deposit they don’t mention due upon check-in even if you pay in advance— which, relocating here for a new job and managing one last paycheck before the transition mattered to me. They don’t take Apply Pay at the front desk, so had to fill out a form and email it to management to check-in. 2. They charge $40/night for parking which they conveniently don’t mention when booking so I was out another $80 in my 2 nights here on top of $150 deposit on top of the $255 I paid in advance 3. My bathroom was dirty (see pictures); hair in the shower, gritty shower floor, and a dirty lotion bottle. 4. There is no microwave in the room— I had pre-made meals packed to save money and for a competition I’m training for; found this fact out too late from the back of a handout they gave me that 1 dinky microwave is in the hallway with the ice. Really Hyatt? Even cheap hotels have microwaves in their rooms. Spring for microwaves in the rooms; your guests pay enough for them. 5. The bartender at the Red kitchen down in the lobby area ignored me when I sat down; I waited about a minute as he made 2 other peoples’ drinks and was going to simply ask for a menu but then he took the order of 2 people who had just walked up. 6. My room key card didn’t work in the parking garage as it was supposed to- just said Declined and wouldn’t lift the barrier. 7. I was excited when I first booked- in the end I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Do better, Hyatt St Louis.
