I had a wonderful stay at Wild Palms Hotel in Sunnyvale! The hotel has a charming, resort-style vibe that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the beds were super cozy. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, making it very convenient for getting around Silicon Valley. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere; it was quiet and felt like a nice escape after a long day. Overall, Wild Palms Hotel offers great value, comfort, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Sunnyvale area! 🌴✨

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel is old hotel being just repainted. These were old carpets with something wet and sticky in room. Bathroom had old shower and tub which were not great. Not too bad but didn't meet the expectation for the star rating

Stayed here last night and was very impressed! The room smelled so nice and clean upon opening the door, the bed was comfy and clean room. The breakfast was really good as well. If we are ever back in town this will definitely be our place to stay.

This is not a traditional Hyatt property, but for what I paid in points, I’m very happy with what I got. The rooms were very clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt distinctly Californian in a really nice way. The breakfast was very good, and the eggs in particular were some of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel breakfast. The only issue was that the breakfast items weren’t refilled as often as they should have been. On all three mornings of my stay, they were pretty much out around 30 minutes before breakfast officially ended. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here several times during work travel to the Bay Area. This is not your typical Hyatt experience. Pros: Great location, good value for the price (or points), earns Hyatt elite night credit, free breakfast, and daily housekeeping. Cons: The breakfast quality is quite poor, the rooms have a cleaning detergent smell (keeping the window open during the day helps), and the walls are thin.

As a long-time Hyatt guest who has stayed at many Hyatt properties, I was genuinely surprised by the overall condition and experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, it fell far below what I associate with the Hyatt brand. First, the noise level was unacceptable. This was not minor background noise — I could clearly hear plumbing from other rooms, including toilets flushing from upstairs, as well as footsteps and movement from neighboring rooms. The sound insulation was extremely poor and made it very difficult to rest. Second, the facilities are visibly outdated. The property feels very old, and the mattress in my room was excessively soft and worn out, to the point that it felt like it needed replacement. It did not provide proper support and significantly impacted sleep quality. Additionally, there is no elevator access to the second floor. Guests are required to carry their own luggage upstairs, and no assistance was proactively offered by staff. This is especially inconvenient for travelers with heavy suitcases. Overall, this experience did not reflect Hyatt standards in terms of comfort, maintenance, or service. It is difficult for me to reconcile this property with the quality I expect from the Hyatt brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements can be made. At this point, I am unsure whether I would choose to stay at this property again.

If you value peace, rest, or even the basic expectation that a hotel will enforce its own noise policies, do not stay here. During our visit, a wedding party was allowed to blast music so loudly it carried across the entire property. The thumping bass and shouting could be heard from inside our room, even with closed windows from across the grounds. None of us could sleep until very late, including my children who can normally sleep through anything (or so I thought before this stay). When we asked the front desk to address the noise, we were told the wedding had "already paid" and that nothing would be done. In other words, paying guests looking for a night of rest were treated as less important than the party keeping the hotel awake. Hotels are supposed to balance the needs of all guests. Here, management made it clear that money comes first, not hospitality. When we first got here, I thought it looked like a nice hotel, with bright colorful paint, and the registration staff even let us check in early. But all that came at the cost of a good night sleep. In addition, we couldn't even spend time at the pool, given the large number of guests, the loud music, and the people smoking next to the pool that, again, the hotel refused to do anything about. This stay has been one of my worst, and I've had some awful ones. Stay away
