BOB Hotels Tallahassee - Boutique on Budget

10/10 if you need a cozy place to crash. Used to be an Airbnb head but they’re ruining the experience with places staying empty etc. no need to wash your dishes here! Loved the humans - super friendly at every interaction. Breakfast was great. Beds were great. Right off the highway and right next to a gas station. Perfect road trip spot. Definitely recommend and definitely would come back!!!

Positive: The nicely, yet simply, appointed rooms. Negative: The lady who welcomed us was not friendly. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, perhaps she had a bad day. She never greeted us, spoke so quietly we couldn't understand her, and two of the room keys (we had three rooms) did not open the door.

We stopped on our way through, it was well priced and available. It was about 2am and we were able to get in right away no issue. The hotel was cute, the rooms were minimal as expected. It wasn’t as clean as you hope for any hotel, but for the price I’d stay again. The lobby had a full coffee bar with breakfast as well. I was able to get gluten free egg bites.

I have stayed in several hotels in Tallahassee, but this one has by far been the best. From the cleanliness of the room, down to the thoughtful details provided. My room was close to the breakfast area, so morning time can be a little loud, however, they had a wonderful white noise machine that canceled everything out. Staff was friendly and approachable. Breakfast was from 6am-11am which I GREATLY appreciated. Wonderful stay! Will definitely stay again

Our experience here was excellent!! Teddy at check in was amazing w a matching can do attitude. The property has been beautiful restored and the rooms are perfectly sized. Everything was clean, linens- crisp, and towels extra white! The restroom was super cute and the available shampoo, conditioner and body wash was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was awesome too. Enjoyed the bullet shaped shower quite a bit lol. There is only one thing to mention… there was a slight smell in the air. It wasn’t too bad, but it was ALMOST foul. Almost like a clean wet mop smell? Not sure exactly, but it was subtle enough to where the nose forgot about it, more so noticeable coming in and out. Overall, we will definitely be stopping here when we are in the area again. Total 5 stars all the way around.

This is the cutest place. The rooms are on the smaller side but perfect for the night. My room has a king size bed, mini fridge and a longer cushioned bench for sitting. The decor is fun. Much nicer than I was expecting.

Definitely left a lot to be desired. The aesthetic is there, it’s cute.. but in the room it’s not really functional. The bench has a small section that’s cushioned then guard rails next to it. Could not set anything down unless it had a wide base like a suitcase. No cups, makeup, or things you would use. The doors do not reach their frame so a lot of hallway light comes through. The walls are very thin. Our across the hall neighbor was blowing there nose… a lot… lol we could hear it and many other conversations. The blanket had a red stain on it, not to mention the amount of mold in the shower was crazy. I loved the location, right off I-10 and tucked up into a section of trees made it feel more private. Seeing cameras everywhere was also comforting. The I did have a complaint and even though the front desk staff were pleasant they could not fix it. However I don’t think I would stay here again.
