Service is great, but the hotel and some rooms could use maintenance. It looks like they are MAYBE doing some exterior remodeling- it looks a little sketchy, but the hotels around it look worse. The parking lot is well lit and there are security cameras. The rooms are clean and the people there are super friendly and helpful. We've stayed several times this year and only one of the rooms was not great, toilet cobbled, the shower didnt drain great, and there was a floor issue in the corner of the room. BUT, the other rooms we stayed in were great. The price is right and we weren't looking for luxury, just a place to sleep. There is a continental breakfast, but we didn't eat any, but it smelled good. If you need a clean room at a good price - this is a good choice. If you want the bells and whistles in a really nice area, this may not be for you. There's lots of eating places real close and its right across from Walmart.

Professional greeted & treated at check in. She listened and accommodated our requests. Rooms were clean and organized. Overall hotel was clean and neat. It was quiet so I could get a good nights rest. Breakfast was GREAT and the attendant was friendly and accommodating but not in your face annoying. Also everything was stocked GREAT and she made her presence known as needed on a professional manner. Check out was easy and I was greeted upon our exit. Thanks Again!!

Positive: Good price Negative: Breakfast was lukewarm on the coffee, no sweet rolls or muffins, milk was empty and only one yogurt. Visible signs of water damage on walls in lobby.

This hotel is completely different than the pictures on the Wyndham website, Expedia, and google. Those pictures are of a Fairfield, and this hotel is in shambles. We pre-booked through Expedia, not realizing those pictures weren’t right. We pulled up and were shocked at the condition of the hotel. There is no sign on the building, the front of the building looks to be falling apart. We were scared to leave our car in the dark parking lot- there was was little lighting and it was a very sketchy area. The stairwell had trashed piled up, the elevators and pool weren’t working. We left. We have been trying to get ahold of the manager for a refund, but they keep ignoring our calls. Every time we talk to someone, the manager "has just left." Above everything else, customer service is exactly the same as the condition of the hotel.

I came to Topeka to attend a wedding and booked this hotel for four nights in advance. When I pulled up, I immediately had doubts. The outside of the building and the parking lot both need serious maintenance. When I walked inside, there was a noticeable musty smell. I tried to overlook it since the laundry area is right behind the front desk and the pool is just across the hall. The room was small but clean, and I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price. However, there were definite maintenance problems. The toilet wasn’t bolted down properly—it tilted every time I stood up, and it honestly felt like it might tip over. I reported it to the front desk and was told maintenance would fix it, but it never got repaired during my stay. I also wasn’t offered different room. To make things worse, I almost fell through a soft spot in the floor near one corner of the room. It felt like water damage underneath. I reported that as well before checking out. Overall, the price was fair and the staff was polite, but the building itself needs major repairs and upkeep. I wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made.

Positive: Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Negative: The complimentary breakfast is open at 6am on weekdays but not until 7am on weekends, and there were quite a few people waiting at 7 on Saturday morning. The shower had low water pressure and the tub did not drain quickly, but was otherwise pleasant.

Not a bad place to stay, a little bit "worn" staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK.
