Do Not Book This Hotel – Misleading Advertising and Poor Condition! I do not recommend staying at this property. The images shown on Hotels.com, Google, and the hotel’s website do not accurately represent the actual condition of the rooms. The differences were significant. Upon arrival, we found the room to be in unacceptable condition stained flooring, marked and damaged walls, peeling wallpaper, and heavily worn, stained velour couches that appeared decades old. The pull-out sofa was also stained and no linens were provided. The overall cleanliness and upkeep did not meet reasonable hospitality standards. Because of these issues, we immediately requested to leave and asked Hotels.com to assist with a refund so we could relocate. A Hotels.com representative contacted the front desk for approval, but the evening staff member declined and told us we would need to wait and speak with management the following day. This review is not about "not getting our way." It is about transparency, accountability, and basic standards of cleanliness. Guests deserve accurate representation of accommodations and responsive customer service when legitimate concerns arise. I encourage future travelers to carefully consider these factors before booking.

Nice place; room was nice also but very dark. Needs more or brighter lighting including in the bathroom. There was no lamp on the window side of the bed which added to the darkness. Zero lighting in the little couch area. Breakfast lady was exceptionally nice and friendly.

Where do I begin? Carpet stained, didn’t want to sit on the couch, desk chair peeling. Not much light in room. No overhead lighting in bathroom, only a lighted mirror. Heating system was a mystery, either too hot or not working at all seemed to be the choices. To top it all off the refrigerator froze our fresh food. Avoid this place!!!

Everything is outdated and old. Why comfort inn still has expired sofas in the room amazes me.... didnt sit on it. The only good thing about the visit was Pamela...... she's so pleasant and nice. We need more people like her in this world.

Good location for a road trip rest. It’s next to a gas station and right off the main highway. Hooters restaurant next door. The room on the third floor was very quiet and the bed and pillows very comfortable. I felt safe. The room appeared to be clean upon arrival. Free Breakfast has plenty of options such as scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit (apples, oranges, bananas), yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, and of course coffee. As a ‘pet friendly’ option, I do wish there was a designated pet area with a bag/trash station. There is some space to walk your dog(s) but not much. The trees along the building’s exterior and along the sidewalk have leaves/seeds that will stick to your shoes and your dog might try to eat them. 1 King Bed, 1 Room Suite, Suite estimated total $87.42 for one night before Estimated Tax and Other Charges as of 1/5/26 Dogs only. Pet Fee of $40. Per Night. Per Pet. Limit of 100 pounds. Maximum of 2 Pets Per room. Service animals are permitted, without charge.

This is lovely hotel just off I70 - clean and quiet, with great prices. The gal who runs breakfast on the weekends is wonderful!! So is the breakfast: fried bacon, real eggs, sausage gravy w biscuits, waffles, etc. (I don't know if any of you have noticed that the Choice hotels in the eastern US are not as nice as the ones in the west - we noticed a marked difference once we crossed the Missouri River. Have you had that experience?) Anyway, we had a great stay, and would like to thank you all for the work you do to make this hotel nice.

It was a very clean and comfortable room! The women at the front desk (I wish I got her name) was so wonderful and kind, especially when I messed up my online reservation. She was picking up shifts for someone and still was sweet and smiley! She deserves 10 stars!
