Positive: Good location. Hot breakfast. The outdoor pool looked nice . Negative: It did not appear to have an elevator. No indoor pool if you wanted to swim

It filled the need for a place to land. The travel brochures do not paint an accurate description of the facility. Rooms closer to the front desk may have gotten a makeover, but rooms further away, not so much. Breakfast was served by their staff. It reduces unnecessary wasted food. It offered a basic selection. Manager's nightly happy hour was served by a cheery bunch. The two nights I stayed were without hot water. They offered free cancellations. I did check out ahead of my reserved date with no added charges.

I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest I could find so I didn't expect much but I probably won't come back if I dont have to. The staff was very nice. The smell of the hallways and room were terrible. The room smelled musky and just bad. I went and got air freshener because I couldn't stand it. Then there was many things broken. It didn't make me feel this room was very well taken care of. If you book expecting a clean well taken care of place, this isnt it.

Great place to lay your head. The staff is great, they are super dog friendly, great parking for trailers, and a sweet bar. Its not expensive and its better than the Hyatt place around the corner. This is our go to spot when traveling cross country. They are the half way point when we travel from kentucky to Colorado.

We were traveling cross country and very much looked forward to the comforts of a hotel after a long day. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly, but the room had a somewhat smoky smell. When I went to take a shower, the water only got lukewarm. When we went down to the front desk to ask about this issue, she stated she needed to reset the boiler and to give it 30 min before it warmed up again. She shared this was a building wide issued. When we waited the 30 min, there was no improvement in water temperature. When I called the front desk back, the host was unapologetic, said there was nothing she could do, and when I asked for a discount on the room as warm water is a basic comfort, she said I would have to call the manager but she wouldn't be in for two days. I couldn't give this place a lower review, hot water is a very basic need when paying for a room and we all took cold showers.

We stayed in a king suite. It was clean, had a little terrace, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served from the chafing dishes to you. All on all it was an excellent place right off the highway and conveniently located to everything. We'd stay again!

I've been in the hospitality and service industry before and my experience on January the 31st was a nightmare and a warning to those looking to book here. DON'T. My fiancee and I check in the night of the 30th with zero issues. All of the sudden at 6 AM on Saturday we hear two very loud knocks on our door. 2 people at our door, one possibly a hotel staff person (no name tag was worn), the other a sketchy figure to say the least. I ask them what they want seeing them being two strangers at my door and they ask what we were doing in that room. Reservation was confirmed and there was no prior issue so I'm confused. I'm then asked if I have a hotel key and then they start assuming I'm some type of squatter. Based on her tone and how she asked you could tell maybe they have this issue. I gave her my reservation number. She then tells me we shouldn't have been out in the room because it was faulty and under repair. The shower didn't work. Whomever was working on it left disgusting towels in the trash can. Eventually, she admits there may have been miscommunication.... No joke.... At that point, we are wide awake and we're ready to be out of this place after being treated like garbage. We check out and not even an I'm sorry was given. No apology. If you prefer to be treated like second class citizens and like being woken up abruptly by people who don't know how to communicate like adults, then this is your spot. If you, like me and my fiancee, do not like this kind of treatment, HEAD FOR THE HILLS ELSEWHERE. Staff needs training and probably needs a lot of turnover in order to get back to mediocrity. Talk about a place that's better days were decades ago.
