Hilton Garden Inn Topeka

The kids were sooooo excited to go swimming. That lasted approximately 3 seconds once they jumped in! It was freezing!  Anyway, the beds were ridiculously hard. Thin top blanket, but it didn’t matter because the AC kept shutting off. None of us slept well. Regardless, my 9 year old actually said he would have rather slept in the car while we kept on driving. That’s how uncomfortable he was… 🤷♀️

I’ve always had a great experience here until this time. Breakfast was no longer included in the price (that went up) the pool and hot tub was not open and when I told the lady at the desk I didn’t see this on the website she got a little bitchy with me. I was also disappointed with not having a bathtub in my room, the shower pressure was not good. And a horrible smell in the hallway. I might expect this from a $50 or $60 hotel but I absolutely feel like I completely wasted $200.00. I will never stay here again.

Complete disappointment! Traveling with kids across country, when booking called several times to verify amenities & hours of service. When you arrive the hotel is completely under construction, the pool, hottub, mini golf and restaurant are all closed and being renovated but they mislead you selling you the booking at retail with all the amenities; even the different entrances are shut down with only one door to get into the hotel and of course the booking is non-refundable because everyone would cancel as soon as they arrive. This is very evident because anytime you pass the front desk they’re trying to talk down an angry guest that was misled like you

Has been my favorite hotels to stay at! for over a year now! Also—Just upgraded the fitness center! Highly recommend if you workout while traveling! Staff is amazing!

We stayed in room 107. Aside from some repaired scratches inside the lavatory door (someone must have locked their pup in there, tsk tsk!) the only thing wrong with this room is that the toilet rocks from side to side. There was zero evidence of a leak but you can bet it WILL leak if this isn't fixed. Would recommend this location again.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and clean! The bartender Shon was exceptional and just made our night! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Topeka!! The omelets were amazing!

The staff at Hilton Garden in Topeka far exceeded our expectations. We came needing to do laundry and had called ahead to make sure there was a guest laundry. When we arrived, it was out of order and we went to the front desk to see what they could do. They offered to wash and dry our laundry in the housekeeping laundry for us . They also comped us free breakfast at the very nice hotel restaurant. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn Topeka, for your hospitality and kindness!
