The guy is rude! The lady is a sweetheart… they are in the wrong business

So I was quoted $80 and when I got there I was then told the room would be $120 with a deposit of $20. I talked the guy down to $110 since that's all I had on me. When I first saw the room I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and was promptly told no. So I tried to make the best of it as I had no other choice. I went and bought $15 bottle of cleaner and tried to clean the shower (the smallest issue with the room) it took me over 2 1/2 hours to clean the shower to a clean enough state to take a shower myself. The shower faucet was barely hanging on to the wall. then I had to attempt to scrub the urine and feces off the wall next to the toilet roll holder. Eww! It was so bad I didn't bother to clean behind the toilet which was the grossest thing I have ever seen in any motel in my life. I had to clean every table top one which had drops of blood on it. Again Eww!! Remove the bedspread that had white stuff on it. Again Eww!!! And come morning I didn't even realize there was mold and blood on the ceiling. Mold on the a/c and I got bug bites from the bed when I woke up. Super Eww! When I got to speak to whom I believe is the manager (refused to give me a name) he told me I stayed the night so I wouldn't get a refund. I wasn't given any other option the night before, wasn't offered a different room even. This place should be shut down and the people that work here need to stop working in hospitality PLEASE.
