Holiday Inn Victorville by IHG

You get more bang for your buck at the Holiday inn in Hesperia. This one does NOT have free breakfast. I had to switch rooms upon check in because the shower in the first room was falling apart. Some of the doors in the room wouldn’t close, the A/C unit didn’t blow hot air, just air. The windows were extremely dirty too. Only thing that made up for it was the customer service.

I always come and stay here while traveling through the high desert area. Room always clean and staff are so helpful. There are a restaurant inside that offers great food for breakfast and dinner. Pricing is very reasonable for this area. Ask for Lexi she will help you with stay inquiry and company discount. Highly recommended

Alferado, the African American front desk manager is so unwelcoming and cold. He gave me a room with 2 king size beds without telling me what kind of room he is giving me and when I saw my room and asked him to give me a one king size bed room he said we are booked while I heard him talking on the phone to a guest saying we have many rooms available. Don’t come here, you get so disappointed and unwelcome.

Hotel lobby smells very moldy, as does the fitness room. Our first room on the second floor had some cockroaches keeping us company, our second room higher up did not and smelled considerably less bad. Team did move my room immediately, but management ignored multiple requests to communicate on the cockroach issue. Both rooms and the entire hotel had fit and finish issues, large door gaps, peeling wallpaper, insects, and smells. Housekeeping seemed to be doing a good job despite these quality issues. I would attempt to avoid this space if it was an option.

The rooms were fine but I was annoyed there weren't outlets on the night stand. The air conditioning was a little wonky and weak but it wasn't too bad. I had to turn it to the lowest to prevent getting hot. The room definitely did not get under 68 degrees when set to 60... The entrance is a little strange to drive in and out of. Because it is a little too close to the light. The front entrance was a furnace, very uncomfortable. They didn't have coffee made and just sitting there like most places. All in all it was fine but it didn't have all the nicities I've grown accustomed to at hotels :p

Staff were great proably why I stayed the full week. Rooms really need to be upgraded - no microwave or offered free breakfast (kids eat free) and prices in restaurant are on the higher side there is security cameras

I stayed at the Holiday Inn, Victorville for two nights recently and highly recommend it and I will definitely stay there again. Very good location, incredibly comfortable bed with the best sheets ever... They also had a lounge, which I was impressed with. After driving for a full day, I didn't have to leave to get food or a drink. They were prepping for a wedding the next day, so I got to watch the bartender practice drinks...I was impressed. Very nice people. I had an incredible view that included the outdoor pool. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Victorville!
