Hilton Garden Inn Naperville/Warrenville

I noticed the staff handled guest questions with patience even during peak hours. They explained policies clearly without sounding rushed. My check-in and check-out processes were both smooth.

Love the hotel nice clean and friendly professional staff members especially Brian at the Front service desk very professional and very informative which is wonderful and a special very very special thanks to Norbit evening chef that cooked my dinner which tastes superb the best salmon by far I've ever had nice creamy mashed potatoes and a caesar salad I recommend everyone to get this if they stay at the Hilton Garden! My stay here was delightful; the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were well maintained, and the staff consistently provided excellent service. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and recharge. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable hotel experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. I would definitely choose this place again for future trips.

Comfortable beds. Lovely decorated hotel. Only complaint the "new" housekeeper entered the room with the do not disturb on. Was remedied by given a choice of free snack to go. Feb 2026
